Reaction to The Sewol Ferry Tragedy - 350 Students To Die In A Sinking Ship + 'Spring Day' MV by BTS

Hello!!
Another reaction video that's different from usual.
I decided to show my brother Rotten's Mango video that explains the Sewol Ferry Tragedy because I think it's a really important event in South Korea that should have more awareness. Because the original video is 2 hours long and I know that my brother can't stay focused for that long I myself edited the video shortening it to 1 hour long and adding English subtitles so he can follow along easier.
Due to the theory that the Spring Day' MV and song by BTS is related to the tragedy I also showed it to him as BTS is a group that he knows and likes
Aa always thank you for watching!!!

I feel your frustration with this man 😂😤 like when he said it was good that the vice principal took responsibility and then asked if he died? he keeps doing things like that haha anyway, good video, it was interesting to see your dynamic btw I never call this a tragedy because that implies that it was something inevitable like a very bad coincidence/accident or a nature catastrophe.. but this was mass murder.

¿When was the mass murder committed? ¿Was it when the company failed to honor Captain Shin’s request for maintenance on 2014.04.01? .OR. ¿Was it when Captain Lee failed to play the sea-going safety and abandon-ship video …. failed to conduct a lifeboat drill before leaving port?

14:30 Rules of the Nautical Road: Third Officer in command observed a second vessel in the channel. She took several bearings that showed the two vessels to be on a collision course. Sewol was the privileged vessel responsible for avoiding the collision. Third Office knew to make the required turn in 5 degree increments. The first 5 degree increment was completed successfully. During the second 5 degree increment, things went wrong just as regular Captain Shin predicted: a loud bang was heard and the helmsman felt something unusual in the wheel. ¿Why did Third Officer initiate a turn? The Rules of the Nautical Road REQUIRED her to do so in response to a predicted collision! 20:25 The Coast Guard High Command placed the command of the situation in the hands of the master of petrol ship 123. Mr. Lee was NOT Captain of a ship when he disembarked; he was leaving a navigation hazard under the TOTAL control of the Coast Guard as of 0916.

As has been noted for other reactions, we are looking for detailed information about 박한결 세월호 3등. During the sinking, we are looking for the details about how she disembarked, who was with her, who helped her through the broken window, at what time relative to 0916. During the court proceedings, her first judge dismissed the charge of murder, and her Maritime Professor said she did nothing wrong. ¿What is her status in 2024?
