The point of a draft is to make your team better. Drafting Bowers makes us better on offense for sure. Can’t be too mad. We drafted a swing tackle and the JPJ pick was amazing!!

Being its TT first draft with us. I have to say he did a hellava job to me with all 8 picks. He got a weapon in bowers. Got a smash mouth C/G that was #1 pass blocking OL by PFF. Like u said a swing T that could turn into our starter in the future. Which was rated #6 pass blocking OL by PFF. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 🏴‍☠️

Whens the last time we took BPA in the 1st rd? Mack? Its been a while. We need to get back to that...especially since we were out of the QB race. 3rd thru 7th rd a bit suspect to me. Will wait and see.

We picked up a smash mouth offensive linemen in Powers Johnson. We’ll be fine with what we have, have faith GO RAIDERS

Absolutely! Not only that, we got a true raider. He grew up a Raider fan, going to games as a kid. So he understands what RaiderNation stands for 💪🏽🏴‍☠️

They’ve needed a receiving target who can dominate in the middle. Brock was the best at that in the draft

I was like oh ok they went with best pick available at the time. Also, all the guys u mentioned i was thinking the same thing on. Overall talent pool of OL CB was stack.

Sometimes us fans have to be able to check our egos at the door and recognize why we took the best player available. It’s in the best interest of the team and not the position with such a highly touted blue chip graded player who’s the next best thing since sliced bread w/ butter! Rayyyyyydersssssss

Bowers will be a screen threat and short yardage machine from the very start. He will be a key in keeping the chains moving.

Any time you can get a top offensive weapon, make no mistake it’s a NEED. LOL

Adding someone that is the caliber of Dave Caspar or even better.Is a win for the receiving corps.and will definitely contribute to the whole raider nation.

Last season Raiders needed to find more ways to score, thats a fact. Yeah not drafting Fuega in the first makes zero sense I get that but scoring less than 24 a game is a red line.

You don’t draft for need, you draft the best player available. Now if the best player available also fills a need then it still works out. That is how you draft. You are not a professional, accept that. There is no way in hell any lineman still on the board had as high a grade as Bowers. Bowers had a top 5 grade and we got him at 13.

Surprised but Bowers does elevate the offense to another level.

I disagree but agree with the pick. think about something we really needed a starting CB. we could have got a play maker in the 3rd they was plenty. that to me is the problem with taken a luxury pick when you need desperately a Top CB. right now we only have 2 proven CB'S Hobbs and Jones and Hobbs plays Nickel and that only leaves Jones on the outside because The J. bennett never proved his self and Faison is 32 and don't know how he's still on this team he's a average CB can't stay healthy got in trouble. the best outside cover CB they drafted is MJ DEVONSHIRE. he's better than the kidd from Mississippi state go watch some of there games.

michel mayer is good but he’s gonna be nowhere near the level of athlete bowers is dude is the highest rated te prospect this century possibly they took BPA and no one should be mad at it

What makes you think you have the slightest idea of the player or why they thought he was the best option ? Yeah there were a lot of other players, but WHY would you think you or your compadres have any idea whatsoever why they did what they did ? Your research beats their scouting department? People need to admit they don't work for an NFL team for good reasons.
