Seether are one of the few South African bands that broke out. Tonight and Here And Now got a lot of airplay and were great tunes in my opinion.

Seether is one of the most underrated bands ever. I have seen many Seether concerts & they’re amazing live. He even started remembering my name & would give me water, T-shirts & his bracelets after the concert. Great bunch of boys! He & Amy had an established relationship back then. Lol!

underrated would depend on wether you mean the artist or their songs because everyone knows their songs but a lot of people don't think of seether when they hear them

This song just gives me goosebumps. Very powerful. And Amy’s voice when she holds a note and brings it up an octave.. truly incredible.

The video was filmed in a real-life trailer park that was burned to ashes by a crystal meth lab explosion. Although there are shots of the band and Lee performing together in a clearing, the underlying theme of the video is that Lee and Morgan are looking for but will never find each other. Lee knows that Morgan is there and where he is throughout the video but Morgan is unaware of her presence around him, which explains the lyrics "you've gone away... you don't feel me, anymore!"

That makes so sense now, knowing it 20 years later! The videography of the video really caught my attention when this came out back in 03/04. The puddle scene and the boarded wall scene at the end where she's speaking to him from the other side/ then cut to Sean with his head back against it/ then cut back to Amy looking away always really stuck out to me.

This song is ESTABLISHED in history as one of my favorite ballads.

They live vicariously through people they don't know and they put the blame of him being an alcoholic gaslighting man destroying his relationships on the woman, like Amy. Shaun himself said he didn't write any song about Amy specifically, he said the songs from Seether'a album were about relationships in general and if anything was inspired by something specific it was his bad relationship with his gf after Amy.

I don't know if anyone in the comment section mentioned this or not but Amy lee and the lead singer of seether were once a couple and use to date. Their relationship came to an end due to him hanging alcohol problems at least according to amy lee. She had enough of his drinking according to her and she ended the relationship. The Evanescence song call me when your sober is about him.

@@carpediemearth Well, I didn't know that and you can't always believe what people say. Because people can lie and mislead you to believe what they want you to believe. That why they say there are two sides to every story not just one. So you have to hear both sides of the story not just one person's side of it to know the full extent of the story. Often people make judgments by only listening or hearing one side of the story and don't bother to listen to the person's side. For an example, A few years ago there was video on KZread where a girl came on the Dr.phil show and was telling her side of the story how she went to a party and got drunk and accused a guy of rapping her and Dr. Phil just took her word for it without taking the time to reach out to the guy and hear his side of the story and Dr. Phil and everybody in the audience and everybody in the comment section were trashing this poor guy to only find out that the girl was lying and not telling the full story and the guy was found innocent of the rape charges by a judge in court. The point is you can't always believe what someone says and don't be to quick to judge without knowing the full story or by hearing both sides of the story.

@@starknight2262 There aren't two sides to every story, that's a buIIshlt line perpetrators and protectors of perpetrators created to deflect from their behavior and crimes. There's the truth - what happened - and then there may be different accounts given, usually the perpetrator denying they did something. And you bringing up accusations of rape as an example is disingenuous at best, when statistically vast majority of rapes, murder, abuse, and all other violent crimes are done by men against women and other men too. And majority of them usually deny their abuse and have other people protecting them from consequences.

You all are robots. Give up.
