Of all the main dancers that SM entertainment has. Taemin is the best vocalist and he is also the first one to go to the killing Voice. Everyone knows that Taemin is a powerful dancing machine but Taemin is also a vocal monster. Just as he is the top dancer and performer. His voice is no joke, he is a very top vocalist in the industry. Taemin is one of the few artists who has very solid and well-balanced vocal and dance skills and even so I can tell you that the killing voice does not reflect even 30% of Taemin's vocal ability. You have to react to his live performance. I recommend "Heaven" and MV of "Flame of love"

I think the bulk of Taemin’s song choices here, for his killing voice, was intentional on being more vocal heavy ballad type songs to really show his strength and range as a vocalist. Because that typically isn’t talked about enough compared to his dancing, music video and performances😊 But of course we got all our favourites in the latter half which is always amazing to see - even in those tracks, the parts he chose to perform seemed strong vocals, falsettos and just all around versatility 🔥

Relax, to me those 16 minutes with the tremendous discography that taemin has was very short. I particularly think he chose the slower songs to show his vocal range. This king has always been known in the industry for what an excellent dancer he is rather than for his vocals. Although he is one of the best singers who are also A1 dancer at the same time, in 2023 with the release of Guilty, he has been appearing more frequently in vocal skills programs like Lee mujin service, in addition to his well-known dance specialties. Taemin was actually sick recording this..Insane isn’t it? Killing Voice is focused on showcasing vocals so he chose fan favorite ballads and mixed in some of his most known dance songs..I personally wanted to hear b-sides like just me and you, day and night(not a b-side), strings, stone heart etc. live but it was good as it is, showcased his talent perfectly.
