That’s actually referring to Cobi at Marine Ford. He was the one who spoke loud to the people about the marines shown at the execution were not the ones he wanted to join. This led to him becoming a hero of sorts to the common people.

the character you didn't recognized was Vice Admiral Momonga. Hes one of the more prominent vice admirals. He was the one sent to recruit Boa for the war, then stabbed himself in the hand to prevent bring turned to stone.

Not sure if it was intentional or not but was a cool nod since Tighten Up dropped the day after this cypher dropped. Part of Anora VT's verse said ''They let the blind lead the blind' then it goes into YOUR verse which was VERY clever placement. Sakazuki.

I think that Anora is a VTuber, rather than her name being Anoravt. Oricadia's character probably has less to go on than fucking Urogue. Momonga shows up in the post Marineford Arc on Boa Hancock's island and he gets like half a dozen scenes. Man pulled off a great verse for such an obscure character. Sakazuki
