Lauri Tähkä (Sings allways with huge passion which you can feel trough his singing) 4. Juha Tapio (Great tone, often simple but yet talented voice handling) 5. Lauri Tähkä (very unique sound)

Kelly I have this song in one of my playlists. I was going through them the other day and I saw this. I was thinking I should request this. When I saw you did this I could not press the thumbnail fast enough. Tuomas is amazing. I listened to this song over and over again. It hit me in my heart and soul. I never saw the one with subtitles until now. But the music said it all. Thank you so much for sharing this song. It needs to be out there................ :-)

Thank you for doing this Kelly, this is such a beautiful song, both the melody and the lyrics. The woman singing in the very beginning is Jenni Vartiainen, I think someone already recommended her song "Missä muruseni on" to you. I would also like to recommend "Rakkauslaulu" or "Kuolevainen" by Johanna Kurkela.

Can’t watch this without tearing up, same everytime when it came from TV two years ago, so beautiful lyrics. On the video you see nice collection of finnish life winter and summer and landscapes. The man with the quitar is Samu Haber, singer/songwriter of the finnish band Sunrise Avenue, worth to check out too. Have a lovely day

Thank you Kelly. The Children's Hospital is now up and running. This was a joint effort involving many businesses, communities, and private donors, not only municipalities and cities. Children are our future. We must leave behind a world worthy of living for them.

Wow, thank you for this. I had no idea Tuomas had even done this. Lovely song, and it's especially nice to hear Johanna Kurkela's beautiful voice on any track. Can't believe this song had passed me by. Also, I'd happily send a Facebook request, but I don't use my account anymore for a number of reasons. I do have Twitter though.

Lohtu means comfort, consolation, solace in English. Sometimes people, when you have spare time, listen to Johanna Kurkela, wife of Tuomas Holopainen, singing an old traditional Finnish wedding song: Häävalssi (Wedding Waltz). She sings this slow waltz so beautifully. Just write: "Johanna Kurkela haavalssi" to TouTube. There are two videos of this song. The other one is a recording by Johanna, with background photographs and the other (lower quality) is her singing it in some TV-show. I think you'll love the beautiful, kind of sad (though the text it happy) tone of the song.

I Want My Tears Back and Song Of Myself are both from the Imaginaerum album. You should watch the movie with the same name! Maybe a bit long to react to, but it's a full movie that was made to accompany this album. The soundtrack of the movie has incorporated the music on this album. I like the atmosphere in it 😊 and it gives a good insight into the complete story of that album

Nightwish tribute to Jaakko Teppo - Hilma ja Onni (REACTIONS) "Sponsored Request". Hello Kelly, listen to this. It has two artists. First, Jaakko Teppo and then Marco Hietala who sings the same song. I regret that it is presented in Finnish, even in the Savo dialect. As you understand, emotion is important in this presentation too.

Hi Kelli, very nice that you share everything you feel with the videos, greetings from Argentina. I was very angry with Nigthwish when they let Tarja go and then more with the situation of anette, but after these years, and seeing the things he does and how Tuomas is handled, I am realizing that he is a great person. Thank you

Thanks for reacting to this, Kelly! I didn't know that there were Peter Franzen too. Didn't know that he's that good singer! He's a Finnish actor known i.a. from the Vikings TV-series. There were two artists pretty well known outside Finland: Lauri Ylönen from the band called Rasmus and Samu Haber from the band called Sunrise Avenue. Lauri from Rasmus has made a song with Nightwish Anette. It's called October & April. Very beautiful song and worth to check.

Great reaction. I feel that the lyrics in the video did tell the actual content of the song but failed to transmit the poetic verses in the original Finnish lyrics. Most songs composed by Tuomas have lyrics by Tuomas but not this one; lyrics for this song was written by Simo Jurek Reunamäki (aka Jurek) and Jare Henrik Tiihonen (aka. Cheek).
