@@MrSwayzy I just watched a video yesterday where they pretty much said Bad Meets Evil 2 is probably a colab album with a lot more than just Em and Royce and that Hopson might be a feature. But yeah, I definitely agree.

Appreciate your reaction and sincerity! You definitely care. Not gonna get into a long story, but back before Hopsin blew up, we used to communicate occasionally. We still have each other on some social media. Once in a while if I drop him a message, he’ll read it. I definitely reached out to him after I heard this. Knowing his story, what he’s been through since early one made me respect him as a person. Such an actual nice, humble dude. He shouldn’t feel this way. I hope he reads mine, and other messages that we care.

I need to do that. As i'm battling demons and trying to bounce back harder than ever. Mental illness ain't no joke.

This hit me way to close to home, hopsin' struggle with his inner demons is so real and is one of the toughest battle anyone can ever go through. People may think that you can squash those feelings, thoughts, and dark ideas but the sad truth is that you carry it forever (at least i know I do). I respect him so much and hold him in such high regard for the simple fact is that you can hear it in his music that he uses those feelings as motivation to bring more light/good vibes back into the world. Love you hopsin.

Before I finished the rest of the actual video, I sent Marcus the same comment that I'm praying for him, to take time for himself to get help. I don't know him personally, but I've been in the same position

Hopsin Is class and a real honest and genuine human... You can really hear his hurt and pain within these lyrics. Good reaction video man, great words of wisdom as well. I get him man. A few years back I was living in an abandoned house, broke, strung out, about to go back to jail, separated from my family, ect... Helpless and nearly hopeless. My new life and my new journey started back in May of 2017 and has been a blessing I could never have even imagined. I hope he sees what I saw and that's the light was with me all along and as soon as I asked it for help the darkness(and man it was dark) peels back and I went from crying in the shade to Playing in the sunlight. God bless Hopsin and everything he's going through.

Yeah but, sometimes people want power or more knowledge or even more love. It always has downfalls that involves sacrifice. What goes around comes around and like hopsin said, what goes up must come down. I feel like I missed the whole point you were trying to make, that’s my bad

Same. I'd pretty much fallen off hiphop until I discovered Hopsin. Was so happy to find a lyricist in the age of mumble.

Reminds me of MGK’s new songs Glass House and Death in My Pocket off his new album. These guys are going through it. If you haven’t checked those songs out you should. Rips your heart out.

This broke my heart. These feelings are so real and felt by so many people. I hope he gets the help he needs before it's too late.

Hes been my favorite rapper since he dropped his album RAW hes been the best influence for me in lyrical rap and defining the true meaning of a music artist. Hes gotten me through the hardest times of my life and years later I'm still listening to him and it feels like I've with him throughout his career to see everything hes been creating and going through as an artist but his personal side that he puts out also. Hes a great artist and a great person. I hope he finds the happiness he deserves that hes been working towards his whole life because in my dark times where I felt alone and trapped he showed me a way out.

I have mixed feelings on this. 1 is you put yourself in this position. The hate you have for life is too much that love can't get or be happy. I feel your pain on your son. I've got three children that are brainwashed and decide not to see me right now. I battle with depression also. Believe in yourself is first, but you gotta put God into everything you do. Our actions need to be repentive and heart-felt. God can help if you let him!! Take a break and try not being a victim cause of your thoughts or close so-called friends. I'm a huge fan, but right now you need God only right now. Your a tough brother and can get through this with God's love!!!!

This hits so hard with me, i lost my dad when i was 3, he killed himself. Half my family is dead. I have literally no friends, no one to vent to. There's a lot more but i dont want to talk about it. Hospin really hit home. Depression is no joke, i hope he's going to be ok. Thing is, with depression,a thought can pull the dam trigger,so you never know.

Knowing about mental health dont hurt yourself Hop, take the time you need to get everything straight. Thank you for being a huge part of my life getting me thru alot in my life.

That's the difference between the old and the new, a lot of the best rappers resorted to music for comfort and to talk about their problems.While a lot of the newer rappers do it for clout. That's why we can appreciate the older generation of hip hop even now because it's not made to be the hot sound it's mad to be real and talk about the problems a lot of us are going through. It was and always should be a genre that speaks for us.

I actually relate to this SO much, I was always the introvert and bullied one and I had a crush on a very beautiful and fun loving girl who practically ignored me along with all the other girls so it wasn't like I didn't know what it felt like already but it felt so much worse coming from her you know. It feels like your mom or dad telling you they hate you or something you know?

Since I have been watching you your channel just blowing up everyday CONGRATS do you.....I love hearing your reactions on all videos....I take meds for depression I know the lows...it sucks I remember having to check myself into the hospital just to deal with myself truth be told my ex-husband made me go. To this day I still struggle but meds and therapy has helped me

Thank you. Depression is one of the hardest things to get help for. Some people are embarrassed by admitting to needing help. I was told while in the hospital just admitting myself there showed how strong I am. Sadly media get changed at upped until you find one of more meds that help

I went through school the same like him. I've never had friends. I have family but they don't even understand me most the time. The difference is that my wife and kids are enough for me. My wife and I have our ups and downs like everyone. I think the point I'm trying to make is that you don't have to have a lot of friends to be happy. I'm not "Happy" so to speak but I focus on how much I love my kids and how much they need me. You can literally have 1 friend and it be enough but only if they are a true friend. These days everyone wants to be popular and famous. Social media is the problem. Like Hopsin said, all his "friends" ever care about is money. Well those aren't true friends. Find something to live for. Hope he finds himself and also finds someone who he can actually call a friend

I'm not a "fan" and only found him through Ryan Upchurch's Ill Mind 5 remix. I was impressed with his message to the youth. If anyone reads this who can get a message to him, please direct him to the KZread channel of Dr. Jordan B. Peterson. Pick any video, he'll help you see things with a clearer head. He'll help you understand yourself in ways you never thought possible. He'll help you deal with past issues that continue to infect your present. And THAT, I think is Hopsin's problem. He's just repeating his past. He's stuck in a loop. He can get out of it...but it's not easy and he has to want it. Doc JBP. He'll help.
