i’ll miss the grey but i love all three of these. they’re at their best when the tops and bottoms match, hope it’s like last year when they wore all blue or all white in most games

Just noticed that the Lions new uniforms unveiling has an image of the restored Michigan Central Station, where I worked from 1975-84. It likely would be difficult to spot the offices where I worked, since most were ruined. There can't be many of us left who worked there, as most employees were 20+ years my senior.

I like the near symbolism behind having the WCF on the back of the helmet. It's an ode of respect still, but as if "this past is now behind us" by having it at the back of the helmet. I hear rumors of another alternate helmet that hasn't been announced yet. Hoping for an all-black helmet with the 'lulu blue Lion. Immediately ordered my black alternate St. Brown jersey last night as soon as I saw the video. My birthday is next Friday during the draft so I'm so hype right now. LES'GOOOOO!! 🔥

WCF was one of the worst NFL franchise owners in history. He doesn't deserve to be honored for so long of a time.

I think I saw one of the helmets with the WCF patch on the back of it, idk if it was a photo shop or not, but I honestly looked clean. If the family wants to still honer his memory, that's a good way to do it.

I can't even see the difference unless you put the old ones next to the new ones but I love the new helmets

Eh, very much disappointed. The blue and white ones are just the 90s uniforms. We have made upgrades every time since and just downgraded back to the 90s, but luckily I don't have to buy a new one because I already have my Barry jersey from the 90s.

Lions can have a third helmet per NFL rules...so I would like a black helmet with blue striping...BUT...their lion should be a roaring face in tawny tan and a dark brown mane.

There is no mistaking the Lion's for the Panthers. Besides, that Panther design was taken from a Michigan team.

You've seen the home uniforms before, basically the same shit we had in the 90s. The all-white unis are about as boring as the AZ Cardinals. The only real improvement here is the alternates.

@@joshlewis575 I don't mind white on white. I think it looks sharp. My issue with the marshmallows is how plain they are, reminds me of the Cardinals... Zero creativity.

NFL approved that NFL teams can have 3 helmets. So the Mustang helmet stays

Only thing I'm not a fan of is the Detroit on the aways. It reminds me too much of the Cleveland, even Jets rebrand that didn't last. It's fine on the alternates but not needed on the aways.

The blue ones are cool, but the all white and all black ones are typical, and unoriginal. The NFL has the best uniforms because they have bright colors in their uniforms.

I don't under this argument, teal and Honolulu blue are 2 separate colors. Oh and the panthers helmet is black, different stripes on the jersey too, and they got the teal stripes on the pants. Nothing alike

The alt black unis will only be worn once or twice per season @ Ford Field, and they play in the Black & Blue division...so take a chill pill.
