FYI. This song is actually the one of the two farewell song of Ari Lasso (the long hair guy), he was the first vocalist of this band. He left the band in 1999 because he was struggling with some drugs issues. And due to his decision to focus to rehab from his addiction, Dewa opted to release an album called the Best of album, which includes some of their best singles in their past successful albums, including two new songs, the two new songs was this song and a new song called Elang (Eagle). And unbelievably the album went to a success strategy even though Dewa didn't promoted it on the radio or the television. And a year later, Dewa moved on from Ari Lasso and they got a new vocalist and released a new album titled Five Stars, btw in that album. Ari Lasso already recorded 5 songs before he left the group. And eventually two of those five songs are added to the Best of album instead of the Five star album because due to Ari Lasso's health situation. And after Dewa released the new Five Stars album, the album really went to a big success and the selling of the album manages to reach 2 million copies. And in the new album, in their first single called Roman Picisan, that song was originally was sanged by Ari Lasso, but due to the fact that this song is really good, Ahmad Dhani who was the keyboardist of this band, and the leader of the band, eventually added Ari Lasso as the backing vocalist of the song. Meanwhile after Ari Lasso leaves Dewa 19 in 1999, he went missing for a year, until he makes a surprise return a year later by releasing a new song called "Jika (What If)" by duet with a uprising women singer named Melly Goeslaw. And that song went to a success, and thanks to that song, Ari Lasso got some new energy to start his new solo career, and a year later, Ari Lasso released his first solo album and become one of the best Male solo singer in Indonesia today. And in an interview last year, he claims that he was totally has fully healed from the drugs issues in June 2001. FYI, in the making of this video clip, the clip was actually made in 2002, when Ari Lasso has successfully healed from his drugs issues and started his solo career. But in the process of the making the clip, Dewa 19 already recorded their part of the clip, so when Ari Lasso done his part, he was doing his part of this video alone. And eventually the director of this video clip edited the whole video clip and finally the director successfully put Ari Lasso and the band in one frame one last time together as a band.

This song is about asking divine intervention to fix corrupted word (especially it's about tyranny) The first lyrics "Hai Jibril perkenankan aku, melintasi dimensi waktumu, tuk meraih dirimu" means "O Gabriel, let me cross your dimension to reach you" And the dramatic bridge they beg for Ababil come to the world for the second time (In Muslim tradition it's bird of hell) to carry fire stones to be thrown to the dictators.

Nope. This song from 96-97. When ari lasso still in the band. Cuz in 98 ari left the band. In 2000 dewa released their bintang 5 album as once join the band as new vocalist
