There’s nothing wrong with just having 1 child. I have just 1 , who is 21 years old and she’s fine, she’s was able to get things she wants and need, able to travel as well, by her being the only child, she is well grounded,loving person, who can interact with people from all races, and backgrounds.

My Assumption is, you guys would be fun to hang out with as a family. Congrats to Tyanna on making the swim team.

After being raised Christian and getting a bit of bad theology, I went agnostic for a period (as a teen)and just researched various religions. I eventually asked God to let me know Him for myself if He and the Bible were true so that I wouldn’t ever question that again. That prayer was answered later on that same year from a series of significant events; that prayer actually hasn’t stopped being answered yet and that was over 2 decades ago. However, as a person who now has an actual relationship with Christ, I absolutely ABHOR religion. Most of the people that try to force Christianity on others and/or are blatant hypocrites (though no one is perfect), tend to not be focused on relationship but duty. Sometimes it’s best to talk to the Source yourself cause unfortunately, due to human nature, some people mean well but miss the mark.

I agree, we adopted our daughter. People asked us a lot when our daughter was little {Are you going to have your own baby someday?}. It’s such a rude question to ask someone. I would say my daughter is own child, we love her with all our hearts. Never look at her thinking she’s our adopted daughter. She’s our daughter period.

I've been following you guys since you were a first year in CRNA school. Well, I just got into CRNA school this month! I can't express how valuable your videos have been throughout my journey. You’re right, there is no perfect place. But, now that I’m older, I know I like living on the southeastern part of the USA. It’s just who I am. When I was younger, I was in the military and I enjoy the places I’ve visited and lived. I’m so grateful for all my experiences. We all change as things shift in our lives.

Very true. I'm that way as well. I hold no malice to anyone. I try to be a good person no matter how crappy people are to me. I will not give anyone a 3rd chance. I'm a big believer in 2nd chances. Currently watching your videos and I had to pause at the 10 minutes mark to answer a question about forgiveness. I totally agree with Rhianna and my kids always say "Mom how can you forgive somewho who has hurt or did you wrong" and my response is always this... it's the Jesus in me and if I don't forgive those who have hurt me then my heavenly father won't forgive me etc. Now do I keep those individuals in my life 🤔 No, I'll forgive but at a certain point I move on 😊

I think you can continue to be respectful and "nice" to people without necessarily letting them continue to take advantage of you. That is, you can smile and say "no" to lending them more money without going on about how irresponsible they are, and that they don't care about others so they don't repay money ... yada, yada. I try to refuse to engage in their behavior which is harmful to me without feeling I have to issue a judgment on why they do what they do, or what kind of person they are.

Never change to accommodate any one else’s ways, good or bad. After all, we lay down with our ownselves at night to sleep. We will answer to GOD both in this life and in the life which is to come. So we must remain true to who we are at all times in any given circumstances and with any kind of person. Doing good can never be wrong. Allowing someone to hurt you repetitively is wrong. We train people how to treat us by the precedents, standards and boundaries we set while still being nice.

Forgiving is healthy and biblical but it does not mean that the person gets reinstated to the position he/she held in your life . But Jon if its you who is receiving forgiveness, well, you would not lose your position. However, there might have to be some work over a period to restore the relationship

I learned that as far as forgiving people that hurt me, it depends on what they have done and if they are remorseful. An example is abuse. I am like Rheanna and being abused in many forms by those who i love, i would stay and forgive over and over. Eventually i learned to leave and keep my distance. But i am still forgiving them, just don't want hurt anymore.

Jon doesn't look off. I think you're street smart and intellectually smart- working at your company flipping houses/investments, and you're a good provider for your family. Your physical appearance doesn't have anything to do with how smart you are. Rhianna, you are beautiful just the way you are and you don't look old. Lots of people can make themselves look younger with make up, Botox, hair dye, etc, but that isn't everything. You're beautiful and young just the way you are. I grew up in a certain religion, but then as an adult I became more aware of practices (idols) and what the Bible says about such. I now pray to God and no longer bow to man. Just being spiritual.
