The ( Chaos ) Space Marines you see at 1:57 are from the Traitor Legion called 'Iron Warriors', they are a major Rival of The Loyalist Chapter called 'The Imperial Fists'. ( The Yellow Space Marines at 2:53 ) Also fun fact the "mech" you see at 2:08, are called Dreadnought. they are essentially ( critically ) wounded space marines put in a walking sarcophagus for the rest of their lives. after all "only in death, does duty ends." The Dark Green Space Marine at 6:15 are a Loyalist Chapter called 'Dark Angels', at 7:31 you see a Chaos Space Marine are from the traitor legion called 'The Black Legion' ( formerly called 'The Sons of Horus' ) and at 10:53 busting through the wall like the Kool-aid man, the Red (chaos) Space Marine is from yet another traitor legion called 'The World Eaters' I hope that clears it up. anyways love your vids guys!

What has me confused is what the hell has happened that Cadians, Kriegsmen, Dark Angels, Black Legion, Traitor Guard, and World Eaters are all fighting in the same place!

​@TheShadowSythe Looks like the battle has been going on for at least a few years. Enough to have dug in fortifications and multilayered defenses. That being said, I'd wager on this being part of a crusade, given chaos is somewhat united and not some random cultist

The "horses" (which you can barely call them) are biologically enhanced and have drug dispensers internally so they feel no pain nor fear. Therefor they can keep charging even after taking several several direct hits even, if lucky, from a bolter (the big one the space marines are using)

And to clearify some questions about the human side of things the first set of guardsmen you see with the tanks are known as the Cadians, and its the Death Korp (pronounced "core") of Krieg who are the ones with the gas masks. They are usually knowns for extreme trench warefare and seeing their duty to die in battle so much as to throw themselves needlessly into direct enemy fire so long as the numbers they have will eventually win the battle, and all without a care for their own selves. Perfect example being at 11:05 you see a kriegman order his men to charge, yes charge the world eater berserker knowing full well whats gonna happen to them lol

to the kriegers, dying in battle is what they are literally created to do, which makes them dangerous, because they will never hesitate to make a suicide run into enemy lines

Space Marines are genetically-modified transhuman which among other things possess two hearts and three lungs. The humans in green uniforms are part of the Cadian Guard while the peoples in gas masks are part of the Death korps of krieg. Both of them are part of the the Imperial Guard which is the army of the Imperium. Death Korp of Krieg are a special and one of the most popular guardsman regime, their morale is so high and literally created, trained, and raise to have to fear. In fact they literally want to DIE. They are not a normal human guardsman according to the codex, they were literally created in tube. The first video is the traitor legion of Iron Warrior invading their rival the Imeperial Fist. For videogame I recommended you one of the latest one, Warhammer 40k: Darktide. All their trailers are great, and they recently just dropped a huge gameplay change patch.

To be clear, the Kriegsmen don't just want to die - they want to die FOR The Emperor. Life is the Emperor's currency and the Kriegsmen spend it wisely - in service to the Imperium.

Feel like that discription doesn't really do Kreig justice. The way a lot of fans talk about them it makes them seem like suicidal idiots and it took me a long time to give them a chance because of that. I know people like to hype up 40K characters but a lot of the fan memes and sometimes pretty misunderstood lore kind of does the opposite effect imo.

corps, korps is pronounced core like marine corps. Also a lot of armies have a mark or something on their shoulder pads, that's usually a unit or company marking. Like for the guard it might say 106 on one shoulder. Just means they are part of the 106th regiment. In this I don't think SodaZ stuck to any particular regimental marking or anything given he didn't for the Space Marines but I'm not really familiar with many guard markings. For space marines you tend to get the chapter symbol and/or company number on 1 shoulder and a symbol denoting unit role on the other (like tactical squad, assault squad, command squad ect.) But really that's chapter to chapter.

Petition to stop calling them "Fan-anis" and to instead call them "Fan-nis". It is clearly a simpler and shorter name
