Fun Fact: In Meet The Medic Archimedes is stuck inside Scout, and in game, every time Scout is blown to pieces, there is 1% chance Archimedes will escape out of Scout and fly away. And canonically Archimedes likes to go inside Medic's patients as he operates on them open.

Pyro cannot live happily in a world without fire. He sees the world as a series of grey shapes unless a fire is within his view. To him, Fire adds color to the world, in more ways than one. He is still very much the most insane Mercenary. Soldier being the second most insane. Medic is the one that scares me the most, however, and the comics might agree with me.

If it is mental illness then Pyro definitely have schizophrenia. The common explanation of schizo is there might be some damage to the brain, causing what the patient sees and what is real being adversely different. They see things that don't exist. Simply put, imaginary friends and hallucinations. Even though the things don't exist, it is still very real to the patients. Their reality and common sense and logic are being warped by their perception. So we see him butchering and burning people in cold blood, but in his mind he is perceiving everything as just playing with babies, feeding them candy and spraying them with a bubble gun.

Some people already said that Pyro only sees color and beauty when there are fire, but i'll elaborate on something extra: In the comics, there is a time period when the mercs were fired and each went their separate way. Pyro somehow managed to become the CEO of a major corporation despite never forming coherent words (because they never took off the gas mask). This implies Pyro is secretly very intelligent or extremely lucky (I am inclined to think it is the latter). But despite all the wealth, all Pyro see is a gray world with gray shapes. Of course, the way the Mercs get Pyro to re-join them is by setting the building next to their office on fire, which light up Pyro's world like a rainbow. Pyro immediately dropped everything they had and ran back to be a killer for hire.

Very true!

I know I'm a little late to this, but I spin butterfly knives and pens as a hobby/fidget thing (side note: the Fisher Military pens are the perfect size and mass, at least for me, to get that spin going nice and smooth); and if you watch "Scout" closely in the Meet the Spy video, he's spinning the knife by the "safe" handle, the one that the spine/dull side of the knife is on. Red Spy was actually playing incompetence without actually getting cut.

​@@YUKANO_DreamsIn all seriousness, Rick May, the voice of Soldier, had actually died in 2020 due to complications after Covid-19 Virus. Valve honored his death by placing an well made Soldier statues on various official TF2 maps, where players could pay respects.

The Medic is so unhinged. I could imagine him filling a bathtub full of blood and just bathing in it. But that’s why I love him so much. Also, as far as recommendations go, I’d suggest you check out Lazypurple’s “How it FEELS” series. So far he’s done 8 out of the 9 classes, and last time he gave us an update, he said he was on the 38th iteration of a script with over 500 Medic clips across two hard drives.

The funny part is that Heavy is not even meta, the best class composition is 2 Scouts, 1 Demo, 1 Medic and 2 Soldiers. Scouts and Snipers are in the tie for the best class in the game, and worry not, Scout is a complete douchebag and we love him for it.

The game itself is very different from the Meet the Crew videos but I recommend it if you’re willing to dedicate the hours to it!

A very curious fact is that noone knows pyro's gender, that's why they call pyro a " thing ", noone never saw who or what's behind that mask... And that mistery stills undiscovered.... Quite terrefying i must say 😅

​@YUKANO_Dreams His name is Rick May. He wasn't known for many roles, but his 2 main ones were Solider in TF2 and Peppy Hare and Andross in Star Fox 64. Despite him not having many, the ones he did have made a huge impact on gaming culture. He was so beloved that after his passing, in the month of May, Rick May using Solider as a proxy has several statues of him placed on certain maps.

I mean Pyro has the phlog which is basically like how he is presented.

The phlog is a flamethrower where you taunt with it and get buffs equivalent to crack, coke, and steroids, while also switching your brain off for most of the time, to go ballistic on the enemy team until your power up ends.

​​@@YUKANO_Dreams but it's only good against new players, as the taunt doesn't end when the ubercharge ends, so you can get killed before you can move and fire again. and believe it or not, the best ones are stoxk for beginners because of being more beginner friendly and needing less ammo management, due to degreaser's increased use of ammo while air blasting, M2 on the mouse that can reflect some weapons like rockets, grenades, HUNTSMAN ARROWS which are incredibly fast and hard to aim as you reflect
