Y’all the third party in Taeyeons music video was the one the company that she went to, to lose her memory of the panda guy. She first brought in any items that reminded of him to the company, following that had a flashback of their memories together, then to how they first met and her life now(?)

the mV actually is about taeyeon being in a facility that helps her move on her breakup, which is why there's erasing memories on the screen and on the screen of the computer are her memories with the guy.

everybody when the letter appears: oh they broke up and now a company is erasing her memories :/ dylan: he died? omg he died? I don't understand

What I got from the mv and the lyrics is that she and her partner broke up and she’s trying to move on with this company that’s trying to help her by recruiting his stuff and erasing her memories so she can actually move on... and they’re not really hanging out again but i feel like they wanted to remain friends so now everything is awkward and doesn’t even know how to refer to him. The mv is actually inspired by the movie eternal sunshine of the spotless mind !!

Or that they just broke up and wants to get rid of the memories so she contacts the company for an appointment hence why we see the letter where they tell her what they need, just like in the movie :)

The MV is inspired by "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind", (amazing movie) so she hires a company in order to delete her past with the guy at the beginning. (that's why the company needed everything that may have a connection, a moment, a memory of him)

they broke up so she hired a company to help her go through the breakup. that why they request that she collects everything that reminds her of him, they erase her memories etc love your videos btw, subscriber since 2014!!

Plants are known to clean the air of toxins. They are wheeled into the consultation room and are seen in the background. I think the plants are part of the process to filter out the toxic memories of the relationship Taeyeon no longer wants to be in.
