Kindred represents the twin essences of death. Lamb's bow offers a swift release from the mortal realm for those who accept their fate. Wolf hunts down those who run from their end, delivering violent finality within his crushing jaws. The first character shown is Tryndamere who has an ability in the game to be unkillable. So this is what he goes through every time he uses it having to ward off the threat in the living while also Lamb and Wolf in the after-life trying to take him. Thankfully, in this situation his wife Ashe shows up to save him.

@@TheMediaKnights2.0it’s also in the lore that the reason for his ‘undying rage’ is because aatrox stabbed him in the chest and infused him with blood magic as it’s believed he was trying to prepare Tryndamere to become a future host for himself and that magic gives him this ability to literally fight off death.

Love how you can see the hint of kindred in all the battles, since they're all fighting for their lives. A hint of an arrow, a hint of a shadow. Death looms near. And also you can be saved, avoid death for one more day. Great reaction !

small note the arrow in yasuo's part isnt kindreds arrow its ashes. necrit did a break down and a second break down and slowed it down. one its not the same as kindreds arrow and two when you combine it with the next scene you see its ashes hawk shot that reveals tryndameres location. its the wolf in the background for yasuos part.

The cinematic is about The Past, The Present and The Future. The Past is of Kayle and Morgana, before they decided to go their separate ways of dealing with justice. It also explains how Aatrox already knows them despite not knowing Demacia itself, simply cuz at the time this happened Demacia wasn't Demacia yet. Also Kayle cut off Morgana's wings because of the ''dark'' magic. Kayle thinks she's evil, but she's not. That's why they don't talk to each other anymore. The Future is of Yasuo - now on older version of him, fighting one last time when Ionia got invaded again and at the end Kindred kills him while Yasuo accepting the arrow of the Lamb. The Present is of Tryndamere, and his non acceptance of death, both by the Wolf and the Lamb, due to his partial "anger fueled blood magic'', which is done by Aatrox. Everytime he ults he sees the actual death - Kindred , instead of his enemies. The girl at the end coming in rescue is Ashe which is his wife. She kinda showed Kindred that Tryndamere is still alive, so she dissapears.

Morgana bound her wings herself. They aren't gone, She tried to cut them off but couldn't...no object sharp enough. Not sure her and her sister ever actually fought close quarters, when they fought they were in the sky essentially hurling light and dark at each other, doing damage below.

Excellently summarized. The only thing missing is that in each transition we see Kindred. Lamb (actually Ashe, but its used as analogy). Lamb in Kayle's inferno. Wolf in the distant forest from which Lamb's arrow itakes place of one of the bandits arrows. And lastly, we see them both in Tryndamere's ult. This is to symbolize that whether past, preset or future, death is timeless. It is also worth noting that through this cinematic, we get an excellent insight into how kindred actually hunts. It may be Kayle's fire, but it is Kindred that collects, in that case Lamb hunts the human host, not Aatrox himself. With Yasuo, we see Lamb's arrow, but it isn't the energy projectile we see in her fight later on, we see a bandit arrow, infused with her essence, meanwhile Wolf presented himself subtly through the environment, symbolically delivering the threat that encourages acceptance. Lastly, through Tryndamere's ult, we get a direct confrontation, however we must understand, that while it seems direct, it is nonetheless still delivered through the mortals that he is fighting, so when Ashe kills the last two standing, Kindred relents. And we see that Lamb already knew this was not Tryndamere's time, even before the arrows had left Ashe's bow. It is possible that they already knew before fighting him in the first place, but that due to their timeless nature, they consider it a game with creatures like him, knowing that eventually their time WILL come. Ironically, anyone Tryndamere killed in that fight, wolf would also have claimed, through Tryndamere.

RIOT has one of the best cinematics in the industry. Super excited to see you guys reacting to them again.

I do not care how many times I see this. I get literal tears when Kindred senses Ashe saving Trynd and she lowers her bow. Then when his undying rage dies when he recognizes her. There are so many beautiful parts in this and sometimes some of them get me more than others but that final scene is a guaranteed tear jerker for me.

Blizzard Entertainment has some of the best cinematic trailers in the business. Check their WoW cinematics in order (also keep in mind the original trailer goes back to 2004 and was lightyears ahead of anything else). Their Diablo 2 resurrected (remaking all the original in game cinematics) along with Diablo 3 and 4 purely from a visual standpoint are incredible. All movie quality.

you need to see the rest of the cinematics that you've missed since you stopped playing. They're insane. Also check the Music vids!

One of my favorite things in cinema is when the characters are able to portray everything they are feeling with 0 dialog. its very impactful and shows the ability of the actor or cgi team

Agreed! The power of visual storytelling! It’s the magic of the director, cinematographer and an amazing actor (in this case animators). Love it when you can just connect with a character and feel what they’re feeling 👌

Canon with Arcane show The whole theme is "StillHere", referencing Kindred who is DeathIncarnate. Whether it's the Past (Morgana &Kayle), Present (Tryndamere), and Future (OldMan Yasuo). Death is "Still Here" no matter whattime it is. You can see Kindred in the Fires of thePast destroying Aatrox, Facing Tryndamere, andShooting a Fatal Arrow at Old Man Yasuo in thehead.

Back here and happy yall dipped back into League stuff a little. Theres surely going to be ton of content thatll be pumped out this year leading up to Arcane S2, Ill be excited to see yall post more about it either here or on your main channel!

@@TheMediaKnights2.0 I play almost exclusively skill shot mages (Morgana, Karma, Lux, Nidalee, Janna, Ahri, Veigar, etc.) and that windwall is the bane of my existence!

I found ur guys channel cuz I was looking for a LoTR reaction and I rlly liked watching it alongside with u. And now that I finished the Hobbit Trilogy as well for the very first time I also just started watching ur reaction to the first part of the Hobbit just yesterday and now I find out u also know and reacted to League & Arcane as well is smth I never expected... I would suggest watching all the LoL cinematics, then ALL the Blizzard ones (WoW, Overwatch, Diablo - in that order xD)

So glad to see you reacting to this! I absolutely love this year's cinematics since it shows Kindred there. She's one of my fav champions in league, and her voice line is the best in my opinion ❤ Anyway if you're interested in voicelines/quotes, I hope you'll check out Kindred's and Aatrox's voicelines. The writing is so great I swear to God, you wouldn't want to miss it! And if you're interested in the champion theme/music (even if you'd like to watch it without reacting), I'd recommend Kindred & Viego's champion theme. For surprise factor, maybe listen to Fiddlesticks' theme. I'm rambling, lol. Love your video as always! ❤

Bit of lore here if you're interested. This cinematic pretty much as you see from the beginning is split into three timelines, first is the present, on the ground Tryndamere on the verge of death or literally just next to death (Kindred) then we see the past as we see Morgana and Kayle back in like thousand years back on Demacia before it becomes the Demacia we know it now, and then there was a war back then as we see all those death people, they're aren't like normal people that is trying to invade early ancient Demacia, those are blood magic corrupted people that are either forced to worship, enslaved or homestly, willingly, by Aatrox (the big ANGRY demon), so the two sisters fought Aatrox and this is very lore heavy as this is the time where Morgana "fall from grace" as she uses her magic to restraint Aatrox and Kayle walked up (and gave a side eye to Morgana, eff you girl, your sister just gave you the finishing blow and pretty much saved everyone) and used her ability to kill Aatrox host body but not Aatrox entirely, then we go to the possible future where we see old man Yasuo he is no longer as we just saw in his prime self, hense his nickname "Old Man Yasuo" (by me) he is maybe in some part of the freljord as the village resides in and him taking residence, the people we like pillaging and destroyimg the place are known as the Ionian extremist (like freedom fighters like that) and he fought them off as that was his last moment, where he finally and last time he gets to use his wind magic but this time not a single blood has been shed he just knocks everyone out using his wind magic and in the end he decided to push the running man away from the volley of arrows and that arrow we see isn't a normal one, that is Kindred's arrow (you can see Kindred wolf silhouette) as chose the arrow instead of the wolf, which means he died from normally like that was his last moment, then we come back from the present to Tryndamere as he was fighting his enemies (I forgot the clans name but they're Sejuani? Mens, Hope that's how her name spelled, anyways) then we see Tryndamere's POV as he is in Kindred's presence, he both fought the wolf and the lamb, lamb being the easy way out of death, and wolf being the brutal way of death and he fought them off until Ashe came to Tryndamere's rescue, and lastly forgot to mentioned as Kayle killed Aatrox host body we see Kindred (lamb) silhouette on the fire, that's all that I can give you, you can check to the LoL lore master himself if you want more details, cheers. . . .

Holy Moly I was waiting for you guys to react to this, i recently binged all your other ones and was like "Wait, where is Still Here?????"

I like how the main character on the whole cinematic is Kindred, even the first line is Lamb talking. And she even appear in every battle field, on Aatrox vs Morgana and Kayle Lamb appear for a second in the fire, on the Yasuo part, you can see the eyes of Wolf on the forest and the arrow that kill Yasuo is Lamb's arrow, and of course the whole Tryndamere part fighting both Lamb and Wolf. This cinematic show really well part of the lore about Kindred being Death herself.

Maybe not for a reaction - but you should watch Necrit's lore break down on "Still here" - it's apparently packed with references and gives an interesting deep dimension to the cinematic beyond the pure visual epicness

Love that you guys have this channel now! If you guys haven't already gotten through it before, I think you two would absolutely fall in love with God Of War! Phenomenal storytelling and acting as well as amazing visuals and music!

kindred is at the end of the other two scenes, mostly as a shadow in the first one and you can see kindred's arrow and wolf's eyes in the second scene

I'm sure any gamers on here have already said it, but y'all must absolutely watch Red Dead Redemption 2 cutscenes movie. I promise you, if you choose the right YT video, you wil thoroughly enjoy it. I also must recommend God of War (2017) and its sequel. There are YT videos with all the good stuff and none of the filler. I hope you find the time to enjoy them. Cheers.

Morgana dodge aatrox's attack in slow mo is one of my favorite scene

For those who need context: -This whole cinematic is about Kindred. They are the aspect of death. If you accept death, Lamb (the pale one) gives you a swift release with her arrow. If you avoid it, Wolf (the dark one) will hunt you down and make it more painful -The first scene is in the past somewhere around Damacia. Where the two patron sisters fight Aatrox the darkin. Darkin are akin to demon, they possess an host. In the current lore the sisters do not talk anymore because of their vastly different view on justice. Kindred is always present for a death. So when Kayle (the blonde one) burns it all down. Killing the host of Aatrox, the shape can be seen in the flame -The second is a possible future where Noxus successfully invaded Ionia. Yasuo is trying to save a few people and then dies. You can see wolf eyes in the treeline and Lamb arrow finish him off. You can see he accepts his faith because he looks up for a fraction of a second (Noticing Lamb's arrow) and makes sure to finish off the last guy before kneeling. -The last if Tryndamere in the present state of the lore. He has some of Aatrox blood and a rage so great every time he comes close to dying he pushes it away. Hence why he is fighting Kindred, fighting death. His wife Ashes comes to save him at the end but lamb will come back eventually. -The "I'm still here" is not so much the heroes it is Kindred themselves because death is inevitable. ADDITIONAL INFO; the hero fighting Kindred in the snowy fields is Tryndamere, and his eyes go red because in the game his ultimate ability is a bloodfrenzied fury (in the lore they let it be understood as some kind of infection from Aatrox's blood magic), which makes him literally unkillable for a short amount of seconds, making him the only human capable of fending off death, therefore the only human who can survive a direct encounter with Kindred.

side note necrit did a breakdown and found out the arrow in yasuos part isnt kindreds, its ashes. it is traveling through and explodes in tryndameres scene. its called a bleed through. he also gave the example of when you slow it down it is the same as ashes other arrows and not like kindreds. just a side note.

Have you guys ever watched Blizzard's games cinematics? World of Warcraft cinematics set the whole video game cinematic bar high and Overwatch have Pixar quality cinematics.

This would be infinitely better if Riot didn't abandon the lore. Without any stories to follow it up, it's like eating a Costco sample then asking what aisle to buy more only for the clerk to say "we don't make that anymore."

I was never a fan of LoL. I actually tried to get into it 2 times, but just failed, because I was too used to Dota. But I have to admit, these animations are top notch.

To be honest, everything around LoL is the best thing about LoL. I won't be one of those "hurrhurr the game actually sucks" guys, because it can be fun, but I've been enjoying the other games in that universe and the lore much more than the game itself.
