Omar can you try and sample Mind Games The Forward? I just tried this and this is superior in every way to your beloved Chanel Edition Blanche. It goes for the same vibes of being a Citrus Gourmand you would wear in warm weather with a Base of Tonka and Sandalwood but it adds this salted Pomelo note amongst Mandarin Orange to give it an edible juicy tropical opening. The projection and longevity are amazing with this extrait I think you would become an instant fan of this if you tried it.

Totally agree with Stronger With You Absolutely, the first winter I owned it I thought it was perfect but the second winter it got annoying and I had to sell it.

I’ve blind bought Dior Homme Parfum just recently in a Duty Free store on a cruise ship. I’m a fan. It’s a hard one to find a tester of in a shop in Australia.

The 2 I won’t wear are Fahrenheit and sadly Mr Fragrant, both cause me headaches and do not work well on my skin, I gifted full bottles of both to my best mate, he likes them, now I tend to try he samples before I purchase.

I like Dior elixir I just do a few half sprays and still get whiffs of it throughout the day. Like with any fragrance, sample and experiment with it.

100% Quality > Quantity I agree that you should not blind buy at all. I stopped blind buying after I started with two terrible purchases. I buy a lot of samples and wear a fragrance multiple times and check how often I actually grab it. If the sample is empty after 1-2 weeks, it is full bottle worthy for me. I usually go for a smaller size first though, because sometimes you have smelled a fragrance enough and start wearing it less and less over time. That saves money and helps you to acquire a collection that really fits you. I "only" have 14 fragrances and it's already quite tough to choose one sometimes, especially when you think every single one can be a 10/10 for the right occasion. I also have nearly 100 samples. I wear a few of them from time ot time. Those samples are great for travelling by the way.

I love Sauvage Elixer! But... It's difficult to find the right time to wear because it is so strong!

I'm so good with dupes when it comes to discontinued frags and stuff way out of my price range

Given the availability of samples and discovery sets, there's very little reason for blind buys. Personally I make liberal use of the scent decanters to get 1ml samples, more than enough to apply to skin to get a sense of the experience. If I find something I'm considering buying, I'll get a travel size decant (~5ml) so that I can wear it for a few days. And only then will I consider purchasing something expensive. The $15-20 you might spend doing samples and travel decants is a tenth of what you'd lose on blind buying a niche scent that you turned out to not enjoy.

don't understand the tonka cola hate. The cola note for me goes away after like 10 minutes. And the dry down smells like cinnamon candies and it smells incredible. Plus it quite literally is my most complimented fragrance besides Adonis Awakens

Bentley the Black bottle I can't even remember the name because I sprayed it once and put it in the drawer smells like a 2 x 4😂

I get you Dior elixir is way to strong and not really versatile

Biggest regrets are Club de Nuit Untold and Khamrah. Don't personally enjoy either, never wear either and I severely overpaid for Untold

Blessed baraka is one of the only frag i actually had somebody follow me around till i noticed her and she said "sorry you just smell so good" lol

I regret buying Prada L’Homme EDT and YSL Y EDP. Prada L’Homme EDT is unisex in a weird way and YSL Y EDP is waaay too synthetic, cloying and headache inducing for my taste. Best purchases for me overall are Guerlain L’Homme Ideal EDP, TF Noir Extreme and Bleu de Chanel Parfum.

Had high expectations for ysl and it was hyped up by everyone, so I decided to blind buy. Same problem for me it very synthetic can only handle one or two sprays. I'm not a huge fan of the apple notes either, maybe good for teenagers, but not really a "manly" fragrance.

I agree with not blind buying when possible. You don't know how things work with your skin and mine can be finnicky. My regrets are detour noir. I came to realize i don't like layton's menthol very much. Second regret is Moustache. It was my first blind buy and my first buy when i started collecting. Honestly, it's just not for me. I had incorrect expectations. I'm not a fan of patchouli and pink pepper heavy scents. I wrongly expected something like Stronger With You Absolutely or maybe Jazz Club. I expected sexy date night cause i thought wearing it's a Tuxedo clone and wearing a tuxedo would symbolize sex appeal. For me it's fine. It's just not for me or what i expected. And those expectations are 100% my own fault and the result of a novice not knowing what he was buying. It's not bad but i never wear it. Stunning bottle though.

I regret buying most of my cheap clones (Armaf) .

If you want a versatile all year round fragrance, then Allure Homme Sport is your best bet. If you want a versatile summer fragrance, then you should check Edition Blanche. Both are very elegant, safe and office friendly in my opinion, but a better signature overall is Allure Homme Sport.

He's after compliments, mistake number 1. People often think you smell great without telling you. I regret buying Squidward. Its not that good ....at all. And Individuel was a bit of a flop. We in the uk are lucky to have Perfume Parlour. They really smash some mega expensive frags and keep some discontinued frag alive.

I disagree about Sauvage Elixir. I love the smell and I like that I can use one spray in the morning and I don't need to reapply throughout the day.

I regret nothing 😅 ("buy fragrages responsibly" 😂😂😂 - 100% agree on the blind buy advice.. although I've done it a few times.. I got a crazy deal on them 😅 it worked out but it could have been a waste of money)

My biggest regrets are invictus aqua and light blue eau intense because of the rotten egg smell of the salty note and also artisan pure so weak and boring and prada l homme and ultra male both smell feminine to my taste and finally chanel allure homme eau extreme the original allure homme sport is a much better scent
