This song was originally done by a group called A Studio. They are playing with him on this performance. Also the chanting in this performance is a Kazakh tradition Dimash wanted to pay tribute to the lead singer of A Studio that has passed away. Not sure when he passed. Dimash thanks A Studio in the end of this video. Unbelievable performance from Dimash as usual.

Dear friend! Thanks for the interesting reaction. I am sending you information about the song "Sinful Passion". I think you'll be interested. //////// This song is old. She's over 20 years old. Music by Baigali Serkebayev, and the words to this song were written by the famous contemporary Russian poet Ilya Resnick, author of many Russian music hits The first performer of this song was a singer from Kazakhstan Batyrkhan Shukenov (he died in 2015). He didn't imitate the first performer. Dimash used all his phenomenal abilities and made a completely different interpretation of this song. I can't remember a single song where the singer changed 5 voices (from baritone to soprano) and 4 octaves in one song. And Dimash did it easily. At the end of the song, Dimash sang vocals for 22 seconds in one breath. Dimash tells a great story and draws us into it. Many viewers cry, others have chills. And all together they sit like under hypnosis.

There are no words anymore to describe this great artist, the best vocalist in history, look at this performance Igor Krutoy was there at the end, the man in the white shirt standing in the audience, tremendous composer, high-level musician, already he was retired but when he heard it he decided to compose music for Dimash again, that's where he composed Olimpico, and Dimash began to sing past compositions of this selir and Dimadh made the arrangement for him, because Dimash cover that he sings makes it his own, as Love is like a dream", "the love of the swans" and others like new compositions made by Mr. Igor for him. With Dimash there is a before and after. Thank you for your reaction ❤️❤️❤️

Sinful Passion was originally performed in 1998 by a Russian-based Kazakh band called A-Studio. They accompanied Dimash for this performance and at the end of the video, he humbly thanked them. The gentleman in white who gave him a standing ovation is Igor Krutoy, a famous Ukrainian and Russian composer, who's written several amazing songs for Dimash. The interesting vocal style Dimash used towards the end of the song is called a vocal trill which is a classical technique and is the least familiar of the vocal manoeuvers. A singer with an even, rapid trill is a rarity. The director of the Rossini Opera Festival, Alberto Zedda has opined in an interview that the "widespread technical deficiency", the inability to trill, is a source of "frustration and anguish". Dimash modified the traditional vocal trill by adding a Yakuti yodel technique as well as a maqam which is a system of oriental scales, melodic phrases and ornamentation techniques. He did it all to perfection. It’s wonderful that he’s introduced these classical and oriental techniques into a pop song for the benefit of the non-classical world.

Amazing reaction my friend Pappy!!... I'm here again with another request for you my friend, like the first I send you: Dimash!!....He is the best male singer of the world....Now I ask you: Have you seen the best female singer of the world?...The passion and dedication when Dimash is performing a song can only be compared with the person who has influenced him to sing leaving everything on stage: His idol, the queen, the incomparable, the Goddess: Lara Fabian.....Lara is the best female singer and performer of the world...She is a lyric soprano with a amazing vocal range and incredible breath control, which is one of the things that Dimash admires the most about Lara...She speaks 5 languages and sings in more than 15 languages....That's why she is the inspiration for Dimash and several singers around the world...You can see on KZread covers of her songs made by singers of the stature of: Dimash, Diana Ankudinova, Forestella, Sissel Kyrkjebo, Floor Jansen, Diana Navarro, Morissette Amon, Gabriel Henrique, Katrina Velarde, Cakra Khan and others...Please react to her songs, all masterpieces, in LIVE versions, because Lara is more impressive when she sings live, so you can see why she is the idol of Dimash...Try to do it in this order and almost all songs are from the same Lara’s concert “From Lara With Love” in Montreal 1999, one of her best works: 1) Je Suis Malade (Singing in French)...2) Caruso (Singing in Italian)...3) Je T'AIME (2002 Live version in Paris Singing in French)...4) Perdere L'Amore (1999 Live version Singing in Italian)...5) Adagio (1999 Live version singing in english)...6) Broken Vow (1999 Live version singing in English)...7) You are Not From Here (1999 Live version singing in English)...8) Quédate (1999 Live version singing in Spanish)....9) Ti Amo Cosi (2019 Live version Singing a trío with Dimash and Aida Garifullina)....I hope to see you first reaction soon and if you don't mind, I'd like you to mention me as the person who recommended reacting to Lara...Here you have the link of her amazing performance of the song “Je Suis Malade”....kzread.info/dash/bejne/l3yH281tg6rapbw.html

Sorry but I have to disagree with you, and not based on personal opinion. Dimash is actually really the best vocalist that has ever been. If you watch other professional vocal coaches (real ones) (i have made it my mission to watch every professional analysis and evaluation I can find ) that actually analyse what he does, he really does what no one else can, and what no one is supposed to be able to do. Many say that the vocal technique books need to be rewritten. He is actually making music history. I listened to an interview with a Music Therapist who explained some of the things that Dimash can do that you are not supposed to be able to do, and it is mind blowing. His technical skills are at an extreme level, his training and dedication has him continuing to improve and constantly take perfection to higher and higher levels. When he left college his vocal range was just over 5, for the Singer competition in 2017 it was 6, last year it was over 7 and I heard in an interview yesterday that it is now over 8. Some performers can sing some of his notes it is true, but what makes him special is that he can sing every range, every style, can’t remember the term, bass, tenor etc, with the same strength, power, clarity, etc. There is not one level that he is not as strong in. And he can switch between everyone effortlessly, seamlessly, perfectly, consistently pitch perfect every single time. As well as his actual technical skill being surpassed everyone he doesn’t just sing, he is a master vocal story teller, as well as a vocal artist, he often even paints the music with his hands. Then there is is stage presence, he commands your attention, has you holding your breath, waiting for what comes next. It is hard to take your eyes off him. Then His ability to convey the emotion of the song without you needing to even understand the lyrics. Then, if you listen to music producers, stage producers and others like that they will explain all the other absolute genius things Dimash does with each performance that most of us are not even aware of but add to the whole overall perfection of the performance. Dimash and his best friend Erlan do all the music arrangements (Erlan is an absolute music genius too) and every instrument placement and every complicated thing they do in the arrangement is for a specific purpose and affect. Nothing is incidental, everything is a deliberate vocal and musical choice to great a particular feeling or affect or meaning. Some reactors have stunned me how they have picked up on certain things in the actual music arrangement that have significant meaning. Everything is so more complex than normal listeners have any idea about, but all combine to make that powerful affect that reaches our very heart and soul and takes us to another world. Dimash doesn’t just sing, he creates vocal and musical masterpieces. And then you need the final ingredient to add to all that. His genuine beautiful heart and soul and his ability to put every ounce of that into every song. Every vocal and musical professional says categorically, Dimash is on a whole level of his own. You cannot compare him to anyone. There are many awesome performers out there, many not widely known either who are way above most mainstream artists, and might excel in some areas, but Dimash is still in a class of his own. He is unique. He was blessed also to be born into a family that recognised his gift and put him in a music school at 5 years old and supported him all through. Then he had the drive, passion and dedication from that young age to devote his entire life, hours every day, to developing that talent. As he says, he attributes his success to his family and teachers. Not many others have those unique advantages. Sorry for rambling. No one one in my world is Dimashified so I have no one to rave about him too. I hope you get a chance to watch some interviews and documentaries on Dimash because it’s because he is such a beautiful person inside that makes him so special. That voice without the heart and soul would just be a voice 🥰🥰🥰

I always say, Dimash is technically the best singer in the world. He has 20+ years of classical training, he is a maniac when it comes to rehearsing hours and hours a day. He is maniacal about his athletics because it keeps his lungs highly developed. However, I love Avi Kaplan's voice and Avi is a great song writer and singer! I love both of them, but there is something about Avi's tenor, baritone and bass voice (s) that just appeal to me. Both great, but totally different.

Great reaction 😊,I do disagree with your analogy about singers having some points that are great and that there is not a one single singer being great, and here is my proof, out of ALL the singers you are referring to,name one singer that could do one of HIS songs,I don't mean just getting through the song because I'm sure there are some,I mean NOTE for NOTE, do one of DIMASH'S songs, when you find that person let us know,I truly believe you are a fan,and I think your just trying to be fair/nice to the other artists,in which I get,but think about this, still to THIS day!,NO ONE has came close to SOS,let alone this MASTERPIECE,he is technically better than ANY artist out there,I'm sorry,I hope you don't take this as a critique,I simply agree to disagree

I agree, technically, he is the best. But have him sing a soul song, and Teddy Swims would be better. Get him to sing a country song, and a few artists will be better. His technical ability is the best, but there are others who are better at other things. That's all I meant. I am a fan. But because I like many different kinds of music, I will never say any song one of them is the best singer in the world.

@@pappydreactions I first time around,I was kinda of understanding your analogy, but THIS is you being a little spiteful, you said have him do a soul song, would you consider Lionel Richie A soul singer?, well he did exactly what you said, he re-did hello, he re-did two songs from Celine Dion, he re-did a song from Freddie Mercury, so you got #1 hello#2 all by myself#3 my heart will go on,and finally #4 the show must go on,there is 4 example for you where he ACTUALLY covered a song, and YES he was BETTER!,now back to my point, you keep deflecting to him singing someone one else's song, can YOU find A SINGLE artist that could sing a DIMASH song NOTE for NOTE???
