If you like fat asses, thats pretty black and white, find someone that fits that. If you want multiple partners, you NEED to understand that that comes with a few caveats. Ones that by nature, most humans might struggle with. What if they want time alone when you want some? What if two people in the group have a spat? Do you have to take sides? How do breakups work, does it have to be unanimous, or if one person isn't feeling it, thats it? I'm literally not even touching the surface of obstacles that arise. Im not saying it CANT work, but polyamory isn't some simple thing as a preference, its a completely different approach to what people would generally consider a relationship. One that imo is MUCH harder to maintain and more prone to hurting people involved

As a child raised in a polyamorous household it was very difficult. It was hard for me to figure out the difference between love and lust and I constantly had temptations to go between boys which is not who I am. My dad is not about all that and is married to my step mom and they have two kids who I love and my mom has been in a polyamorous relationship since I was 5. It was very sexual. Very. And it put me in a lot of situations growing up not understanding boundaries and doing these things because I thought they were normal but in reality it was breaking me inside. I love my mom and I’ve always been the most excepting out of the family especially my older brother and sister (who she had with her first husband before I was born). I do believe if you’re in love then you’re in love and that’s okay. But just because you’re in love doesn’t make it okay to bring in these sexual things into your children’s life

I agree with you XD From my perspective it seems to be a situation of the woman bringing another man in while the husband (wasn't AGAINST it) but maybe just wasn't prepared for it, and he does appear lonely sometimes. XD I'd even theorize that might be why he got a girlfriend. Maybe because of jealousy or revenge. Not sayin' this dood traumatized or unable to live life or unahappy, he seems to have adjusted nicely and enjoys it for the most part, it seems he stills holds the other guy a lil' bit liable for some things tho, hence the playful, semi-passive-aggressive comments he made. But that's just what I picked up from body language :)

Why? They looked well-fed, happy, healthy, and loving. The entire family did. There is no reason to worry about children in that situation. I am sure they aren't in the middle of the living room having orgies and not caring if their kids walk in.

I agree. Polyamory CAN be done right. And there are tons of success stories. But some people do it so wrong. Some people use it as a crutch to mend a broken relationship. Build a polyamorous relationship from a strong relationship not a weak one. Being in an open relationship when the relationship is not strong induces instability but when it's strong it makes it immune to jealousy and infidelity. Its removing infidelity as a reason to break up. Also don't use it as an excuse so both can cheat... That's not how it works. People don't know how to commit to a polyamorous relationship much like people who can't commit to a monogamous one. They are just two different ways of doing things. Both CAN work. I bet 100% this coupling is less likely to get a divorce than most monogamous relationships to date....

Vincisomething Yea, I feel like this video was quite forced, and I don’t even think he really feels this way, but the video was super judgmental of a perfectly fine and happy household doing nothing wrong. He also kept in on her like she’s slutting around/doing him dirty when he’s a happy and willing participant who also has other partners? He just completely glossed over that part.
