Anyone else realize they get immediate comfort upon hearing, "Well, welcome back to another Friday night..." such a relief to know someone out there is explaining something so complex, in such a loving way. That he doesn't force anything on us, because a lifeguard throws out the raft, but we have to choose to take hold of it, so we dont drown. (Its exactly how gently God handles us, when we look for signs of it on our life.) He doesn't force anyone to join the second 1/2, and there is much good fruit in it. Thank you so very much for your time, sacrifice, and love, to choose to walk this path and offer healing to others. What a blessing in our lives and may God bless you. 💖✨️

I lived in flight or flight and freeze my whole life due to CPTSD. I have two autoimmune disorders. I changed my diet which helped some. I still had horrible stress, anxiety and depression. Almost 3 years working on recovery work. EMDR, IFS and DBT therapy has helped me so much. The turning point changing my belief system and recognizing all my parts. My inner critic, protectors and inner child. Reprocessing my traumas. Speaking my truth and know what is fact and not a story. My autoimmune is not as severe. I sleep deeper. I have less triggers. Practice healthy relationships.

Stress is fascinating. Working with a loved one who has CPTSD I'm amazed at how well they can handle incredibly stressful medical situations woth poise and yet, seemingly smaller, stresses that occur in daily routines can set really deregulate them. I've seen that many people who suffer this trauma in childhood are uniquely gifted at handling these isolated stressful situations that others who are maybe more equiped woth day-to-day stresses can deal in acute situations.

As I calm down I'm feeling more physical pain. Kinda like when football players or fighters get psyched out and don't feel pain and injury till later. One You tube guy said a convention of retired football players would be a good place for an orthopedic doctor to hand out business cards. All these people in late 40s and older either walking with canes, walkers or in wheelchairs.

I know the feeling of "Born to lose" please know that you are far from alone. I have found myself falling into a victim mindset, now I'm realizing that I can feel my feelings about my past and present, but I can not get stuck there. I have to fight for my life, learn to love myself when no one else has. I understand now this is a global problem and I must continue to learn how to be healthy and how to seek out healthy people. They are hard to find but they do exist. Both Doctor Ramani and Tim Fletcher have been great guidance for me. God Bless you and I pray you learn Love.

@@LOVEISTRUTH300 this is such a beautiful comment. Many years ago I learned to change the dialog that I had with myself in healing from trauma.Brain scans have shown that the brain physically changes . New thought patterns create new channels for brain activity. For example, instead of saying, “ I am born to lose” , replace with a true statement, I am born to love. Shifting neural pathways is easier than examining the truth or falsehoods that we tell ourselves. We can now change the traumas we experienced , we can’t always challenge them, examine them, but we can change the automatic firing of thought processes and regain control over the feelings we have about ourselves. I know pretty much everyone has experienced feelings of failure, but not everyone carries those feelings as a personal mantra. It’s important to break those repetitive cycles, forgive, and replace those repetitive /automatic thoughts. It is freedom to simply repeat a different phrase. The brain knows only what we tell it. We can choose words that are loving and beautiful, or words that really have no life. Phil 4:8 became my mantra when life has it’s valley’s and peaks. “whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable-if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-think about such things.” Or just, “This too shall pass.” It’s not to say events of life don’t trigger memories, it’s making choices to be free and loving despite. . We have to practice loving ourselves. It takes practice, but our brain does physically change in the process. There is progress and not perfection.

I understand this is suppose to help, but I just have sever anxiety attacks from all the flash backs while you are discussing the situations. I've been so stressed from the caregivers that Im currently living in a gang controlled building were they torture me and threaten (both lethal) me all the time, and this isnt even as worse as my upbringing from infant-hood to mid 20s. How do I seek something a human is used to that I a nonhuman such as myself has never experienced before? How do develop how to see myself as something that should be cared for when all I ever been able to do all my life was care for others?

Or, you could just take milkthistle and fix your liver and not feel stress anymore. I haven't felt anxiety or fear in any moving way for 17 years now. The herb also made me allergic to alcohol, tobacco and drugs like cocaine, all my friends, street urchin, who cares, and boy could I use a nice cold beer on a hot summer day! But I would reel at the thought, and it took me 15 years to be able to sip a non-alcoholic beer like 0.0 Heineken or a Sam Adam's Just The Haze.

@@lora4624 ok. There is anecdotal evidence. For example; Cowards would run from the battle and catch a mortar or cannonball or trebuchet shot in the back and get splayed over the ground. After the battle when his friends would look to bury the dead they would find a large yellow thing where the liver should have been and exclaim "hey, look! He was LILLY LIVERED! He was a YELLA BELLIED COWARD!" All fear and anxiety comes from the liver. An old radio program called "The Great Gildersleeve" had uncle yell at Leroy for no reason at all. Leroy retorted "hey unc, what gives? I didn't do nuthin!" Anduncle Gildy said "I'm sorry my boy, I'm feeling a bit liverish... I think I need some Milkthistle tea." We used to know. Now, instead of getting some Milkthistle, we get a divorce. Or a gun. So not only am I fear and anxiety free, my liver was also the source of cravings for drugs and alcohol. I tried to drink and drug after taking milkthistle (1k MG each meal, 240 consecutive doses), but the effects were completely different, unpleasant, and painfully allergic feeling. Like a babies liver. Reminded me of sneaking one of grandpa's Pall Malls when I was young. The life I live now is free of fear and all vices. I make every decision in faith. I never guess. I'm good with going to hell. Good for the universe. I'm also good with piloting the Marovingian to the cross so I can pay for my sins and leave this insane asylum forever. Either way, Life wins. Good. Godspeed.

Excuse me I lost the video where I was talking to you from but there’s something I want to give as a gift back to you, being angry it’s not wrong team previous breaking shit, Being an anarchist is not incorrect being a warrior is fine being an activist it’s amazing you can fight all you want you can rage, But you do it with the armor of god. Being too nice sometimes doesn’t let you see the reality. One thing is being a narcissist and hurting people you love and then after high and cry about it. I actually have done this myself and in that case scenario you are correct. But now Don coming back to who I am and I’m not cast a punk a libertarian. We are libertarians we are the meek and we fight with the armor of god. Violence is nearly a 2 to keep the peace. I love you man and I really am thankful for many lessons but if a theory does not apply to 1st and second- world call traced it’s not true, It’s simply a false statement, For the same very reason that you support Yuridia and that is that the DMS5 is world wide. There’s a Self selfishness that you see in borderline that is just not comparable. And there’s another reason you can’t compare it like you did that is because complex CPTSD is neither a Psych gastric psychiatric nor psychological disease. See PTSD and complex CPTSD needs three stages state stage a or the first stage is always very intense and you would understand the others. Even if you don’t go to therapy or use medicine if you will heal a little, That is why is not recommended to use medicine psychiatric medicine if anyone is trying to heal it is important to recognize this three stages

" And now it was the day of Jesus birth, and the star appeared and angles showed up and sang...etc.etc. Or what if the disciples, there's no record of their birthday being celebrated either. They were saints.
