Was delcacomanie supposed to be ot12? Bcs you didn’t mention chuu and haseul to carry the vocals while mentioned like hyunjin and yeojin so I was kinda confused..

Yes it is meant to be OT12, I was thinking of them in more of the verses/pre-chorus/bridge along with other lighter tones in the group while Hyunjin and Yeojin have grittier voices more suitable to the growling heard in the Decalcomanie chorus :)
