You're mistaken. Those cars appear to be on their property. If they were on the public highway then they could not "run the number plates", but if the cars were on their own property then anyone can apply to the DVLA and pay the £2.50 fee to get the name and address of the registered keeper.

Amazing what a lovely road surface National Highways has at its building - not a pothole in sight!

That transition from day to night focused on the sign was silky smooth mate, one of my favourite drone shows you've done I think. 🔥

A registration plate is not personal information. It is the most public of public information, required by law that you display it visibly to the public.

Their actual statement of a highways traffic officer is this: Our traffic officers have powers to stop traffic so that incidents can be safely dealt with, and sometimes pass on evidence to the police if they witness dangerous driving or other offences. Igronance of white hat is astounding.

A couple of ideas: 1) I expect those two cars on the pavement were parked there by their staff. "It is an offence to obstruct a pavement, contrary to Regulation 103 of The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986. Rule 145 of the Highway Code states You MUST NOT drive on or over a pavement, footpath or bridleway except to gain lawful access to property, or in the case of an emergency." - ask them what they intend to do about it, remind them of their "saftey culture". 2) When they photograph or film you make the subject access request there and then. Give them an email address; set one up just for this unconnected to your name or YT channel. As soon as you tell them the request has been made. If they tell you to contact someone else they are in the wrong. "An organisation normally has to respond to your request within one month. If you have made a number of requests or your request is complex, they may need extra time to consider your request and they can take up to an extra two months to respond." So if, more likely when, they have failed to contact you within three months simply sue them. They'll have to pay your court costs and you can charge for the time you spend on it too - "3.4 The amount, which may be allowed to a self represented litigant under rule 46.5(4)(b), is £19 per hour."

I was watching a new documentary series today commemorating the 60th anniversary of President Kennedy's death, and it showed the reactions of people on the street approached by a reporter. They were all so courteous and articulate - and look at how people behave now 60 years later - marching up, being rude and giving orders, barely able to string two words together never mind a sentence. What an impertinent idiot that bigmouthed thing was - depressing really. I hope she sees your film and feels suitably humiliated. More brilliantly lethal gentleness NA, lovely film work too as always, thank you.

Going through the forever excrutiating Karen role play just to get to the last 2 minutes. Brilliant editing again especially at 21:30. ... perfectly choreographed. Many thanks for your efforts here . .you replied in one of the comments that this was an 'old' video. ... is it a re-upload or do we have to go through the pain of the bobble-hat brigade complaining? You should of just stood still and not answered to the building's manager - she went full circle in answering her own questions. I didn't realise there was so much 'personal property' laying around in that car park. From a Marxist perspective, she is right, cars are personal property (like your wrist watch, underpants and bobble-hats - private property is the means of production, vans, lorries, car parks and buildings)😊
