Your training videos help me a lot getting through tough times. Moved to a new country, divorce, etc. A gym has been a safe haven and therapy for me for half a decade now. This morning I slept maybe three hours uninterrupted, the 40min bus to the gym was late, it was cold, the driver gave me a core workout just breaking all the time etc However, I started trying giant sets and even added gator walks, sit throughs and your band rotation in between squats and rack pulls and it felt SO GOOD. Much better than just waiting around during your rest. Absolutely didn't expect it to go even better than a day when everything starts off the right way. This community is great as well and I'm happy to follow you. Keep up the great work! 🙏❤️

I’ve been trying to incorporate more and more of your stuff into my workouts. I really like the whole “giant set” idea, and I’m working toward it as I progress and get more athletic. Did rows before each of my bench sets for the first time today and absolutely LOVED it. I really appreciate your mentality and demeanor, man. You’ve really rubbed off on me, and not just in the fitness field. Keep it up!

What an amazing display of energy in your workout! Your philosophy of training is superb. Regarding your performance, while it might be a farcry to what you have been lifting in the past, I would dream of achieving such feats of strength at your age (I am your age). No doubt you will regain your past strength with such an attitude, and I expect you might even exceed it at this rate and after you fully recover. Thanks for your vids!

You briefly mentioned Nala having issues in the past but didn't go into it and I was wondering if she was alright. Happy to hear she has a good home. For the workout...its really awesome to hear that you have the same thoughts about your programs as I do when trying to work through them lol.

I would really like to put heavy bag/sandbag throws into workouts...do you think they could be modified to simulate wrestling/judo takedowns? For example actually suplexing a heavy bag or picking it up and dive slamming/tackling it forward? Or simulating something like a sao nagi/ogoshi/etc type loaded judo throws?
