I would have looked at gearbox from an HPi savage. The gears are metal from the factory, it has a 3 speed upgrade option and it’s already designed to be mounted between frame rails. I would have kept the slipper clutch, it takes the shock out of the gears on the upshift since there is no other place to allow slippage to soften the shock load.

A good real full size super charger has one groove cut length ways down the very top of each rotor blade with a teflon strip inserted into the groove cut slightly protruding pass the edge of the top of the rotor blade so it help center the rotor in the case as it turns and protects the case from metal to metal scarring and it also helps provide a better seal as the blade turns which means better boost and more power to the engine. I'm not entirely sure the added power and throttle response was caused by any sort of boost. It may of been because surface tension causing fuel to stick to the rotors until its reached high enough rpm to sling the fuel off causing it to burn giving more power. Awesome video and I love all your stuff.
