The Jeep going crazy on its own had me literally in tears. So funny. I’ve had that happen at a rock crawler event. Always my car !!lol

This happened to me while fiddling on my RC planes. I've had two of them on my workbech. A styrofoam one in the front and a really powerful, wooden one in the back. Guess what: The ESC of the back one went to full throttle, shredding the tail of the plane in the front. Styrofoam snowstorm in my workshop...

Had it with an ESC shorting out once. Truck shot off across the living room at full speed and you could see all the electrical arcing through the ESC casing and then smoke. Never disconnected a battery so quickly. Smell hung around for ages.

3:40 One of my biggest lessons in rc was making deliberate weakpoints. I spend ages changing parts that were hard to get to, trying to make cars indestructable... Instead having deliberate weakpoints with cheap easily changed parts is optimal, then you just keep a couple spares and life is good!

With cheap parts it would more likely to break under intense abuse, like hitting, pulling(real car lol), falling from 10m of height That's just my assumption I'm not into that stuff even a slightest The RC cars i once had as a kid are child's play compared to this

@@JokerInk-CustomBuilds Yeah, but it's not as powerful as this one i assume Cuz the higher the speed, the lower the torque But yeah, it'd get destroyed, not fatally(like a real car at the same speed), but still

I must say that was pretty funny with the out of control crawler!

Was out on a frozen lake sunday and my buggy decided it was gonna visit a shanty off in the distance... by crashing into the side of it, and just cuttin stud tracks and freakin out the poor guys inside.. Thankfully one grabbed the car and stood there with it till I got close enough for the receiver to realize it's getting no throttle input.. he happily tossed it down and said that he was slightly terrified holding a wide open rc car with screws poking out of the tires.. cant imagine why he freaked out.. Hell of a fishing story to tell his friends though..

Hopefully they make a portal kit for those axles. I have one too and since i saw how nice those axles are, im gonna order some. It almost reminds me of dealing with a crazy puppy that thing, hahahahaha

Way back in middle school I had a nitro tmaxx as my first real hobby car. Back then nitro was the only way to go since NiMH batteries had no power and only lasted about 10min. I sold it and got a slash 2wd in highschool (10 years ago) with two 2s lipos. That car ran great till I sold it a few days ago and bought an Arrma Typhon 3s. The amount that electric RC tech has evolved is astonishing. I'm running it with a 8000mah 100c 3s lipo and drove it hard for over half an hour yesterday on a single battery. Best part is, the battery wasn't even close to being drained, it just started raining so I headed home. Idk why I'm saying all this but this channel just got me nostalgic

A single nitro Unlimited Engineering Supermaxx w/ OTB transmission gears pulled a real pickup truck like 15 years ago.

The hammering in of the bearing 😂 Kev press them in... Even a small C-Clamp can help..... But you do you still like your channel 👍👍

I don’t know much about rc cars, but wouldn’t using steel parts be better for axels and such? They’re stronger and more heavy so the center of gravity would be lower making them more stable?

Lower weight is good but too much weight can make it struggle to go up and over some obstacles. Lowering your center of balance is great, but if you add a lot more weight, you gotta add power to compensate a lot of times.

I GOTTA SAY Treal upgrades do actually look proper quality. Like really nicely machined parts, even look like the real thing. Well i suppose they ARE the real thing! I mean they are real metal mini axles that go on a truck to make it perform better. And look flippin cool on the fourbi. Is nice

Hey Kev. You should definitely try out the T-Maxx classic. I have a 2003 T-Maxx. The original one. Then they stopped making them. Then they started making them again. Different Transmitter tho. I made videos of our 2003 T-Maxx because we are trying to restore it. It’s been sitting in a garage at my cousins house for like years collecting dust. But we got it running. Well kinda. But when I did get it to run properly. It runs really really great. 3.3 nitro motor. And I think it’s a great basher. Prove me wrong. You should definitely get one. They are quite fun when running properly.

I was impressed but I also think it possessed! I had some same problems with my rc thought it was my receiver and transmitter got a new one worked good for a little and know my esc beeps and goes nuts. Great video.

You can see some metal flakes when you took off the servo horn. You probably stripped it. That’s why it wasn’t working

My spectrum servo lasted exactly one hard landing. Easier than that one. Stripped right out. I’m about sick of spectrum in everything. There’s actually nothing spectrum made that I would prefer in another brand 😂

holy crap I didnt know GPM racing was still around. I bought stuff 10 years ago for an ANCIENT nitro RS4 that was discontinued since 1990s. Very cool to see them still kicking!!!!

Awesome! I had the same problem with those gpm parts, got some spools for my jump car and the screw wouldn’t line up with the other hole and the threads just stripped and the pin got all mashed up

Never seen a bearing press such as that, a hammer? Hope bearings aren't damaged from that delicate install.😂

Yeah, Jeep is so big that every off road looking car, mostly when it has a military color, is called a Jeep by people but yeah its a land rover defender this time.

My 8s 3BrothersRC motor due in soon! I’ll run in a mamba monster x. Can’t wait!! I just have the Treal shock towers on it so far. Mainly just for the panhard (tracbar 🙄) mount. Wonder what will get destroyed first? Lol

Great hop up parts. I'm thinking the wheels, and foams for me are the first upgrade. I'm holding out for a 1/6th scale Gladiator!
