Your whole mx650 series is the best mod vids I’ve seen on the bike. I now feel like I can do all this and understand it way more. Great work. You got my sub for sure.

Fantastic! I love upgrading the spring in the front and no need to replace the entire thing! Thank you!
What is the length of the coilover shock because I'd like to jave the seat raised higher but I can't get to the ebay page you linked
Do you know what mm the front shocks are because I want to get 200mm rear shock but I’m not sure it it will be even or not
Thanks love it!

Thanks for the sub!
Did you have to extend the front brake cable when upgrading the front shocks?
Love the upgrades. Would you happen to have updated links. The ones in the description didn’t work.
How did you make that PVC pipe bushing that broke? Mine broke too and can’t seem to find replacements anywhere online online
what lb spring rate is that and were you happy with it?
Hey, did u know what size the spring was
What size is the shock?
Can you send me a link of the tool you used to open the forks
You made the removal of the bushing look so easy, I can't get mine out
Any1 happen to have a link to the seller or a different seller of the spring kit ? thanks :D
how many mm is the rear shock
Great job and great videos! Count me as a new subscriber! I wish I could have you do a custom build for me Lol!!!!!
Great video, I just finished replicating your work thank you for the clear instrucrion. I have one question when it comes to tighten the front screw how far did you go in until the end or u leave some room to springs?
@MarleyJaxGarage
2 жыл бұрын
I tightened them all the way up. The ones that came out were tight as well on mine. I don’t think you need to leave any extra room. The threads on my bolt were only on the first 2 inches or so.
is the front suspension mod very loud/clanky sounding for anyone else?
Can you out the new links the other ones don't work
Any new links to the kit ?? Your old ones dead
Can you do the links for both I can’t find them anymore…
the link doesn’t work?
For the sx500, what would you recommend doing to increase the height?
@MarleyJaxGarage
2 жыл бұрын
I would do the same thing I did here, replace the front springs and rear shock. You could get smaller stuff if you don’t want to raise it as high. I’m pretty sure the stock mx500 suspension parts are the same.
Tools please? I need to know
What type of plumbing coupling did you use and what size was it. The original plastic bushing on mine is crap

It was just a regular pvc end cap. I think it was a 1 inch diameter. I just brought the spring with me to Home Depot to make sure it would fit.
Great video! I found springs that would fit the fork but could not find any information on where to get the bolts to hold them. Do you know where I could find one or the length of the bolt? Thanks!

I have a Razor Mx650 w/ 48v 2000w and I want to get the new Electro and Co 72v 6000w kit for it along w/ head lights, tail lights and turn signals so I can get it registered as a moped or something in my state.... It's one of the easiest bikes to mod and I love it.

@@MarleyJaxGarage - That's my next plan for upgrades soon, I want the headlight/horn combo, brake light and turn signals on the back and 2 on the forks so I can potentially get it registered as a "small displacement" moped or even as an electric moped.... If I have any problems getting it registered or at least street legal because it doesn't have pedals then I have a plan for that. 😁
