Hi I have a electric 24v350 titan forward works but no reverse

I’ve got a razor 500 quad and the steering handle broke off. How would I take of the steering post that controls the 2 front tires so I can weld it back together?

I'm not sure what part of the Razor broke. Also since I'm a Razor service center I have to say not to weld it back together. You need to replace the part that broke. If it was the frame that broke you need to replace the frame. I'm sorry I can't help out more.😥

Have a 24v pulse performance 4 wheeler. Replaced everything trying to get to work. The control box, throttle, brake lever, power switch, battery, & motor all new. Motor is not getting power from box. How can i solve this?

I had one the other day same thing. It turned out the brake lever was a little stiff and the motor safety switch was constantly engaged not allowing the motor to get power. All I did was losen the pivot bolt on the brake lever and that fixed it. Goodluck.👍

How can we fix/check the module? Im on my 3rd module 3rd switch and 2nd batteries

Sorry. I simply grab one of my many control modules and swap parts out until I find the problem. There are very few parts that go wrong with this. First thing I check is the batteries. I have a good battery tool that checks voltage as well as amperage. Amperage is key. The next thing I check is that the brake lever switches are disengaged. The brake switches cut power to the motor. The next most probable cause is the control module. The last thing that could go wrong is the motor itself. I have backup motors around to test incase the motor is bad. I'm sorry I can't help you more. Maybe this may help. Goodluck.👍

I did have a customer that was blowing control modules due to them leaving the plug in all the time. They stopped having problems when I suggested using a surge protector and to turn the surge protector off when done charging.👍

@@alloutbikes thanks, new batteries and it clicks when I turn throttle but no movement. Will check brake switches but ordered the 4th control module as that is what has fixed it in the past. How can you test if the motor is bad?

My quad is not charging. Do u think it’s the battery?

The on and off switch works the throttle has power. I charge it for hours but it still says it’s low

Most likely. After 3 years it becomes more and more likely. You can take your batteries to a place like batteries plus and have them test to see if they are going bad. Goodluck.👍
