Manscaped Badseed. First the glarses collab, now this one? I feel so blessed.

This is by far the most thorough review I have seen on these headsets! A missed opportunity was to give a recommendation for a budget headset for distance learning. We bought the V2 X after seeing the review from Hardware Canucks and randomfrankp, and my daughter’s classmates say her voice sounds strong, clear, and natural. But most importantly, she says they are comfortable to wear all day for school.

Thanks and wow, that’s honestly interesting. Not having kids, I hadn’t made the connection about the distance learning aspect. This may open up some content. Feel like there is probably more demand for that kind of info than there is supply rn. Appreciate you taking the time.

My man Bryan P. 1:41 in and I liked the video. I rarely "like" tech videos. But that first 2min reminded me of why I sub. Your Ethos and considerable integrity should be a model for all reviewers and critics. Gaming branded gear, let alone tech in general, is designed to drive excitement. I think that is a huge factor in why I almost always feel like I am being sold to from other reviewers. Not BadSeedTech. I applaud you. Crossing my fingers that major peripheral companies start considering and investing more in community feedback so we can see you rise even higher!

The production quality had been improving on this channel for a while now! Keep it up!

Thank you for including the CoolerMaster 752 as comparisons. As great as these Razer headsets are, I think CM are still top dog in the $100 category with the 751/752's.

I have buddies who work from home and need headsets that sound good for regular content, ie: not a gaming sound, but also headsets that sound full and immersive in game. This headset has been my new recommendation (not budget, just recommendation) for a gaming headset, and your video, as always, is a beautiful essay why, narrated by a beautiful, bearded, smooth balled assassin with golden pipes. I’m going to stop going into my whole lecture nonsense about why this and why not that, and I’m just going to forward this joint to my buddies and tell them to subscribe. My own setup is the HE-4xx on the sound blaster dac you recommended. You’re the man.

Great review! Looking for a new headset for PS5 with good sound and mic quality, was going for the Blackshark V2 X but the mic quality on that Fnatic React was too good to ignore and has me torn on which one to get.

Best manscaped ad I’ve ever seen

Very nice review. I have already subscribed. Now, I just have one question as I have purchased Blackshark V2. With given usb sound card it sounds very good (I mean really good! Even better than "Dolby Atmos for headphones" enabled in "Dolby Atmos" supported movies in Netflix) in games and movies. So, if replace the usb sound card with Sound BlasterX , will the quality and surround sound effects in games and movies get any better?

I bought the V2 a week ago. I had already downloaded the THX synapse trial a month or so earlier and tried it with my SteelSeries Arctis 5 and absolutely hated any sound I was able to produce with the THX Digital Surround Sound. The implementation in the Blackshark v2 is totally different. I actually kinda chuckled and said "holy shit" when I heard how good Modern Warfare sounded to me with the Auto THX preset in Synapse selected. No lie, the comfort is top notch too. No "new headset placebo" feeling, these are extremely comfortable. The mic is okay at best, though. When my wife joined a Discord call with me, she said "Your voice sounds muddy as fuck". That was with default settings selected. I turned Mic volume up to 100 in Synapse and she said "Okay, that's much better, but the mic definitely lacks bass compared to your last headset" so take that for what it's worth. All in all, I recommend them with a 9 out of 10 personal rating.

Yeah, 100% on both. I’m openly biased about sim surround and I had to eat crow on this one. I think the mic aggravates me bc the hardware seems good (acceptable for what it is) and all the unnecessary Synapse processing seems to do way more harm than good.

I'm using the MH752 for 16 days now and I love them. Extremely comfortable, they just disappear on your head. Sound very good once you turn the bass almost all the way up in the equalizer

the difference between the mic performance for the V2 with and without the dongle is crazy. one’s buttery smooth while the dongle on one sounds like it got a muff over it and sounds digital

Ive been looking for a new headset and I'm thinking of going with earbuds, I'll watch this headset review and maybe I'll go with these, maybe I'll go with earbuds. Right now I use the Razer Kraken Tournie edition, I may cop one of these 2 headsets and for like 40$ get some hyper x earbuds, idk tho might just go with the new Razer headset the high end one

I still rock my MH752 on trips as a great balanced music headphone. Take the mic off and no one can tell it's a gaming headphone. It's cheaper too, so I would definitely still pick it up over the Razer Blackshark.

Nice video man. I’d be interested in hearing your thoughts on the A40s+Mixamp compared to this group. The Astros get a bad wrap sometimes but they’ve made some real solid improvements since the Logitech acquisition and now they compare very favorably with my other mid-high end headsets. The latest version of the Mixamp is maybe the best gaming oriented USB adapter now too, believe it or not. Rtings found that it has the lowest latency out of anything they tested and the community EQs that you can get from Discord are actually put together by sound engineers and sound pretty dang good to my ears. Right now I’m using the Mixamp with a pair of H2HRs and it’s such a dank combo for competitive FPS gaming.

These are the best headphone ever, I use them all day long for work, game, music, movies.... everything! and the mic, god, I have a horrible raspy, deep and low volume voice and this mic has actually helped me to get clear audio in my work calls thank you!!
