Shouldn't be the second fake blitz be still outside your opponent's kicking range?

I don't get the rationale on 1:37 to 1:45. Why fake a second blitz inside an opponent's zone? As shown at 2:09 you are going to get side kicked. So that second fake blitz done inside your opponent's kicking zone would be a point give away to him.
