Not hating at all but I don't see that happening. Ray Williams is far past his prime and still hasn't recovered from the flu he suffered in 2019. Jesus Olivares vs Temur Samkharadze is more realistic. Temur totaled 1,063.5kg at europeans and out-deadlifted Ray Williams' old record too earlier today. Temur is only 23 years old as well.

I get it I’m not undermining his lifts but at a certain point being that heavy just isn’t impressive. His best squat is only 2.5x his body weight. Lilliebridge squatted 920 raw and 1036 in wraps at 100+ lbs lighter 3 to 3.5x his bodyweight (Eric also out benches and deadlifts him.) For perspective, ray would be a 1260 raw squat or a 1470 squat with wraps to match Lilliebridge.

A few things. 1. Body weight / body composition. Once you're a SHW (especially if competing in drug-tested competitions) you tend to carry a lot of body fat, which makes it difficult to get into a good position for optimal deadlifting. This is the main reason why you see deadlift numbers plateau in the higher weight classes -- gaining more mass has diminishing (and sometimes even negative) returns, especially if you don't have the frame to carry the weight. I haven't looked for years, but it used to be really common to see SHWs get out-lifted in the deadlift by people in lower weight classes of the same competition. OTOH carrying a lot of body fat doesn't screw up the squat movement, so you tend to see that higher bodyweight = bigger squat. 2. Body proportions. Some people are just naturally built to have a bigger squat or deadlift. Look at any national weightlifting team and they'll have short femurs because it's a bio-mechanical advantage for the lifts. The difference is in powerlifting, being disadvantaged in one lift tends to mean you're better at the other, so it kinda balances out.

Thats usually not the case, for most lifters it will be pretty even between the two, but the easy answer to this question is that some people’s builds/proportions are just better for certain lifts. For example I tend to be better at deadlifts than squats because I have long arms which are great for deadlifts, but I have long femurs which are terrible for squats.
