One of the most beautiful tracks in existence. I do not know how to describe the feelings that course through my body when I listen to this.
I hope you like the video I made to it. All the footage is taken from the anime 5 Centimeters Per Second. I highly recommend you watching it. Very touching stories :)
This track will be released on New Blood 011 along with 15 other songs

This will always be one of the best drum and bass songs out there
I found this song, along with Mr. Sheep, when this was first uploaded. Here I am now, still coming back after 9 years. While I grow and age, this song doesn't move. It's still just as beautiful now as it was when I first listened to it. Crazy to think how much has changed.. How much I've changed... Being human is weird like that. We often create things that outlive our own lifetimes. While we die and cease to live, they go on.

SO TRUE. i was like 17 then and now 28. 2 years in university can make you change so much let alone when 10 pass... WOW. This song is like that song that makes u cry a bit about how good you had things in the past.

@@LimitsofUse The post was about how Sheepy made the video himself and took so long editing to make sure the music matched the clips perfectly. It was a throwback post, it's why I'm here now as well. What a video, Makoto Shinkai is incredible, his visuals alone convey so much emotion. Well made Sheep, so much nostalgia of 2011 when I took my first dive into anime and watched everything I could find, this film included.

When listening to songs like this it makes me realize that music is more than just instruments. Every song has a unique feeling to it where every person can connect with one way or another.
Few years later and I still find myself listening to this on an almost daily basis, honestly, to me this is simply the most beautiful song in existance, I've yet to come across another beautiful soundtrack like this and the anime 5CPS is the finishing touch, god I love this song so much.

This song unlocks the human power and capability of zest and inspires my passion which has died out years ago. This song brought me back to the reasons which made me number one no matter where I went in life. I had lost a part I thought could never be restored, then I hear a song which makes me remember the power we as humans all own inside. UNLEASH! The best you can be.

It's insane to think it's been 10 years already. Also one of the best uploads on this channel and not even 1million views.
The are no words to describe how beautiful this music is after all these years. Just unreal.
For some reason, i always come back to hear this song, with this anime as a background... It's giving me really pure nostalgic feeling. It always happens out of the blue, it just pops into my head and have to hear that song and watch the clip or my mind won't be satisfied. It's almost 9 years at this point

This song brings a tear to my eye. Not a tear of sadness or joy, but of times past and present, and of what is still to come. Things i regret are just disappearing with every second of this song as reality disappears and, even though i don't want it to, i know it will come to an end like everything good. But unlike life, this can be replayed over and over and i feel peace knowing this.
I hope this song never gets lost to time. Absolute work of art.

I must recommend that you do not watch this anime. It is extremely melancholy and if you do watch it, do remember that life is wonderful, and that every day is a new one, full of opportunities. This movie mainly focuses on missed opportunities, what could have been if only.. that isn't life. Life isn't a still frame to reflect upon. So cheer the fuck up and get out there.

I just keep coming back to this, so beautiful...
ive heard so much music over my life but this is the most "immersive" is the right word maybe, song i have ever heard. the visuals and the music is just crazy
This was the first song I heard of an edm genre. At that time I was about 13 years old. This song opened up a big chapter in my life. From this moment on, I was into electronic music genres. It heavily defined my music taste til now and forever. Magical to hear this song again at the age of 26. See you in 13 years guys!
Those snares cut deep, deep into my soul. What a timeless tune.

When I can't sleep, this song always plays in the back of my head. It brings back heartfelt buried memories of someone I fell so deeply for and never told her how I felt...and left behind so many years ago... 5 Centimeters Per Second almost feels like the story of my life at this point, hah.

I remember grinding all the way from level 70-80 to this song back when WotLK came out for Warcraft. Totally fit the snowy Northrend theme.

Ugh mrsheep you got me in the feels with this song and with this wonderful movie ❤
That's beautiful anime! I love it how this genre accurately captures the minute details of light, motion, and perspective that are only seen in nondescript, passing scenes of daily life. The "snowflakes" tie-in to the falling flower pedals and first remarks of that movies is also cool.

i cant get over how stunningly beautiful the graphics in that anime. the track is a perfect match, it perfectly describes the feelings i got from the movie. sadness, pain, profoundness.. beautiful. :)
kicks n snares are a bit too compressed and repetitive for my taste..lessens the track a bit for me. Haunting atmosphere though.
