It's not a gun free zone, this is literally in DC and that would be in a place like a school or government building. You can actually legally concealed carry in DC in this area with a permit.

Only people who follow the law are subject to that and as seen here many are not. Interesting fact on the concealed carry. I did not know that. Cool to know. As a researcher, investigator, writer and author, it is incredible to me that 7% of the U.S. population are responsible for 94% of the actual "gun violence" in the country, yet the powers in charge and the ATF only go after responsible gun owners and those who would never even point a gun in the direction of another human. This one sub-population owns mostly stolen/illegal guns and uses those guns completely irresponsibly, without a thought to gun safety. There are no ATF raids in urban areas to look for stolen guns or guns used in crimes such as what you see in this video. In my state, a "negligent discharge" of a gun, which is what you are watching, has a minimum sentencing guideline of 10 years in prison. Bet not one of these people have done a day for this insanity.
