I love seeing how different we all eat . I’m a southern American and I was always taught to never eat the yellow parts of the crab because it’s bad for you. Been eating crabs my whole life scraping that part….ONLY TO FIND OUT IT DOESNT REALLY KILL U 🤣🤣. How silly. But yea, that looks delicious. Maybe I’ll grow a pair and try it one day

I remember hating it and finding it disgusting as a kid but I’m Jamaican and so I loved anything my from the sea. My aunt taught me it wasn’t bad to eat and as I got older and started trying it with other types of seasoning it doesn’t taste bad at all. I find it has no taste unless well marinated it’s so good
