They are called neutral grip pullups in English, palms facing inward together at shoulder width.Great video

It doesn't seem feasable to do this method with more than1 or 2 different exercises. For example if i want to do a full body,or upper/lower split, or PPL whereyou have 5 to 10 different exercises to do how could you do 10 sets for each exercise in 10 minutes? Do you understand my question?Thank you

How do you determine how many reps to do per minute 6,12,15? Do you keep at least 30 seconds rest?
