Brittany was the real victim, no doubt about it. When you enjoy sexual favors, you cannot call yourself a victim, regardless of the age of the "victims." Men and women are very different in this regard. Women give while men take. From the age of 7, every male thinks of sex and almost nothing else. The judge made a very serious mistake. All I can say is that at that age, 12-13 is a very fragile age. We are at a point where we transition from child to teen, young adult mind set. Girls and boys alike are finding themselves attracted to people and it's new to them. They need that time to figure it out. But this boy was essentially pushed to put those feelings into a real life thing. There's a difference between fantasy and reality. Reality comes with heavy consequences. I feel sorry for all involved.

It makes men who endured abuse at the hands of women stay silent about being molested and very confused as hell because their body responded to a manipulaive adult that their mind couldn't handle.

No one in all the comments I have read in the videos I have watched on this case have brought up the issue of STD risk to the kid. Not to mention possible pregnancy and the upheaval that would cause. How would those who envy him think about it then? Sure, I think she's incredibly attractive, not going to lie but the bottom line is she has betrayed her duty to the kid with her immature selfish desires and would have been well aware he lacks the mechanism to check himself and say no. This will make people take it with due seriousness it merits.

Do you know how many pedophiles walk away after 6 years I can think of one I know personally right now from my town who was a baseball coach molesting his own daughter for almost 14 years and got 6 years and that was a tough penalty this happens every day it is very very odd to see anyone sentenced to 20 years that's five years less than a life sentence I don't think you know what you're talkin about how about you research men with no criminal record sentence for a consensual what you would call statutory rape
