I call bullshit. That's just pop psychology with no basis in reality. Not saying that a narcissist's apology is therefore sincere, but using these metrics to figure out if someone is being truthful is actually quite harmful as it isn't accurate at all. Not every person expresses the same kind of social cues. Like the above commenter who finds it hard to maintain eye contact in general. So do people with autism, or depression or just general introverts. It doesn't signify guilt. Maybe in TV shows it does.

Nora Fassler and it wasn’t all her fault either. Yes she could’ve done research, but there is also a bit of blame towards the people who misinformed her on how to take care of those fishes. I get it that they were probably just employees trying to get a sale, but if it’s info you aren’t completely sure if its true, just don’t say it.
