5 Cup or as required Normal Water
Store it upto 5-7 days in airtight container under the refrigerator

Jay Shree Krushna 🙏 Fangavela Moong Dudhghar ni aagya wala vaishnav pan Prabhu ne dhari sake che. Karnke aama Kathol/dhanya ne koi pan rite seki ne nathi lidhu na aama koipan prakar na masala k oil no use nathi thato. Thanks for your appreciation 🙏

મઠને ફણગાવ્યા પછી સ્ટોર કરવાનો આગ્રહ ન રાખવો, તેને કપડા ઉપર પાથરી ને પંખા નીચે થોડી વાર મૂકી રાખવા એટલે smell નહીં આવે

B12 નું લેવલ વધારવા માટે દહીં, લો ફેટ દૂધ, ઈંડા, ચીઝ/ ડેરી પ્રોડક્ટનું સેવન કરવું જોઈએ. મગ કે મઠમાંથી નથી મળતું.
