It gave me trouble.. Until ryno came in after that i was able to 3 shot nefarious everytime and i could 2 or 3 shot quark with that godlike weapon

The introduction of using your weapons in mid air with your jet pack was super fun. I'm excited for the future r&c games, the story wasn't as great but the gameplay was amazing for this one.

This is Qwark's intentionally wrong retelling of the story. This is why he doesn't mention the fact that Nefarious survives at the end. The movie is the correct version of the story.

At least in the original the final boss (With the RYNO) wasn't a push-over and still required some effort! This final boss is honestly a real joke compared to the OG, and looking at the boss from a gameplay standpoint, it's still an absolute joke in my opinion. It feels like every single fight in the game, you just circle strafe with nothing much going on. At least you take place in the air, making the battle a bit more challenging, but it's still circle strafing.

So just for the sake of it, in the actual movie, instead of what's seen in the final boss, Nefarious attempts to kill Quark with the R.Y.N.O., but before he could pull the trigger Ratchet hits him in the face with the wrench and falls to his "death". And yes, I saw the movie. At least just the part of Dr. Nefarious' defeat.

Were everyone using guides on their first playtghroughs, or am I the only person that didn't find the RYNO on my 1st play?

This boss is hard as f$&@ i thought I was playing ratchet and not Dark Souls

true, but you have to takein account that the game had 13+ hours of charactr development, the movie had to fit 13+hours of content into a 1 and half hour long film.

Ratchet was lifeless and didn't change, Clank was lifeless and didn't change, the Galactic Rangers are just so darn forgettable and stupid, etc. This game's basically called Ratchet and Qwark, Clank was barely relevant to the story like at all! Ratchet and Clank barely even looked or spoke to each other. In the OG, in every single Cutscene, Ratchet and Clank spoke to each other. 13 hours of Character Development for Qwark? That's cute. Qwark had 2 fricking years of Character Development in the OG.

I'm quadriplegic (no dexterity in my fingers) and I beat this shit on hard with no special weapons. Not the hardest or best story but definitely fun. Worth the purchase.

I should had kept my hopes down for the final boss.

No wonder I cannot beat the boss.. my weapon is too weak... :(

Ofc this is in my recommendations when the new game is basically a month away the good times

I don't know if the challenge mode gets harder every time. I wasn't sure about that in any of the games

+Robert Smith challenge mode IS harder. Enemies dealing more damage etc. But since you can level weapons / Nanotech even further and - in some older games - even get new gear.... Yeah... compared to the normal game challenge mode does not make a big difference compared to the normal mode...

Damn, if only they integrated all the cool boss fights into the actual film. Would've made it more engaging and creative to watch, but they played it waaay too safe. The fights were minimal and mostly underwhelming, as well as the humor in the movie.

The rhyno is over powered I’m grateful I got before I finished a the boss was so weak because of the rhyno I beat him so fast that the game glitched

I beat Quark but I always die fighting Nefarious once I get on the second platform

I wish drek was the final boss but the animators couldn’t do much creative stuff because the game was based off of the movie. neff was hard to defeat for me so it made it so much better lol

Where did you get that weapon ? I"m having a real hard time with this final boss fight had it almost today though down to 21%, damn.

What exactly do you mean "boss fights???" Dr. Nefarious was the ONLY last boss fight, plz I need answers

what happens after it ends? do you get to go back to the planets and collect more stuff or do you have to start all over again? And if you start over again can you keep all your items you collected??

When you beat it I don't think you can go back to planets to search for treasures, but you start challenge mode where you keep all your weapons money and upgrades, and get a second chance to find anything you missed.

but unfortunately you loose your gadgets like the magnaboots and tresspasser etc that you need to get some of the stuff best to get everthing before the final battle and they even put a hand teleporter to your ship just before you enter the final battle to use

That, my friend, is the game's super weapon, the RYNO. You need to find all the RYNO cards to unlock it. It's worth it, though, as it is a complete game breaker.

With a lot of blood, sweat and tears I defeated him without the ryno, I was so happy :P But after that I started collecting everything and once I got the ryno the game was too easy. It is really overpowered, but I love it!

Yep without it i got him to 6% health, but that was after hella tries..i just raged quit, deleted the game and settled for this....btw i played it on hard mode shiii was hella aggravating 😒

welp loved the start up to metropolis after that they fucked it up. The stages were fine but they destroyed the storyline. And i thought it would be worth to actually get a [s4 since there was going to be 2 and 3 based on the originals. So much for that
