If Rashford had anything about him he should retire from international duty and use the international snub as fuel for his club career like Scholesy did when he got ostracised out of the England team for Gerrard and Lampard. England fans of other clubs never warmed to Rashford when he was firing on all cylinders anyways. Theres a long history of Man Utd players getting scapegoated. As bad as it is to say.. As bad as rashford been this season , maguire was worst last season. This is pure BIAS… if I was Rashford I would retire from England national team the way schools did.

He hasn't balanced his game since his 30 goal season. Thinks every possession on offense is an opportunity to dribble past 3 and score, never plays, let alone sees, the obvious pass to move the team's attack along, and thinks he doesn't need to put effort on defense. Difficult to see the value of this version of Rashford, the game will always require effort, game IQ and discipline.

Hope Rashford comes back bigger better and stronger! Rio had some nice motivational and inspiring words or advice for Rashford. An opportunity for him to reflect and lift himself up, mentally and physically! We back him 💯

Rashford has displayed time and again he doesn’t have the right mentality for elite level football. I cannot see him turning this around and coming good. He’s more likely to sit and wallow on this and go on the piss, rather than getting his head down and working hard. The decision to give him that contract is going to haunt us for the next 5 years, just like Martial, Sanchez and even the likes of Jones it’s another terrible decision from the board to give out these silly contracts to sub standard footballers

Even this season .. garnacho in his best season only got 9 goals and 5 assists this season Rashford in his one of his poorest seasons got 8 goals and 5 assists.. A wake up call for Rashford, it should be a wake up call for United. The club is just lost and the fans also. The football is unwatchable and the manager has no clue what United is all about. He needs to stop trying to be a Pep clone and get back to United roots. It is not just Rashford even with a full squad the football was unwatchable. There is not one footballer at United that I thought had a good season all of them are below the standard set at United. All of them! Bang on about Rashford all you want but there was not enough goals from the forwards, the midfield was non-existent, the defense shattered and the goal keeper was a self inflicted wound by the manager. The whole club needs a reset even from the stupid ownership model they are using. This club is so far from it roots that I cannot bear to watch. Rashford is the least of the problems at united.

Flex I think Rashford's biggest enemy is United fans, he started the season well and got slandered regardless. He's never been fully backed by United fans even last season I remember watching your match streams and there'd be bad comments about him. I think his best bet is to leave to a team like Arsenal/PSG where he can live up to his potential without being expected to carry the team.

Its a big reality check when he sees his buddy Sancho in and himself out when one has been out for half a year and he was sulking because of his mate

While Rashford's situation isn't good, if that reminds you of Dele Alli you completely miss the wider picture, even for MUFC alone (let alone how corporations/ societies work in this day and age). Because in that wider world, 'Rashford' is not predominantly a football player at MUFC, 'Rashford' is a brand; a valuable brand ( -> Sir Marcus !!). Remember like 2.5 years ago when MUFC signed that new training kit sponsor deal? I'm quite certain that this deal contains clauses related to the number of 'Social Media' followers MUFC players in total have. And if MUFC doesn't meet these targets/ brand exposure then revenue will decrease.
