Rasheed Wallace On The NBA FIXING Games And CORRUPT Referees!

Спорт

Rasheed Wallace, Tyler and Tim EXPOSE some of the dirty truths of the NBA and how the refs and David Stern rigged games to benefit the league's business. They touch on stories from the Tim Donaghy days, when the Spurs won the 2005 Finals, how a blog cost Mark Cuban and the Dallas Mavericks the NBA Finals in 2006 and many more instances of referees and NBA higher ups conspiring to fix games!

now you can add the raptors/Lakers game where the Lakers had a 23 to 2 free throw advantage in the 4th quarter. Coach Darko went off in the post game press conference saying that the NBA should be ashamed of itself for the blatant favoritism given to certain players and teams.

I specifically remember back in the day watching some playoff games and seeing that the “Jazz v San Antonio” series would start on X day. But they still were playing final game with the rockets and there was like 4-6 min left in the 3rd of that game. I remember asking everyone if they “saw at the bottom where it scrolled and said the UTH v SAS series was going to start and they still playing?” And only 1 of the 5-6 ppl in the room caught it. So we checked the other channel and the jazz v rockets was still playing. Switched back and waited for the screen to roll back around and that same alert didn’t come across the banner for about 5-7 minutes and when it finally did they had changed it to “the conf semi finals starts on X day” and they had removed the teams listed. And sure enough the Jazz ended up winning the game. A relatively close game if I remember correctly. I’ve always felt that some of these outcomes are influenced. I don’t like to say rigged because that kinda assumes the players are in on it and I don’t really believe that. I think they are too competitive or at least were too competitive to throw them. So the league stacks the deck and on occasion the wrong team finds a way to get it done.

(After David Stern said the line about knowing where the bodies are..) REAL ARTICLE BY WOJ: Billy Hunter said to Stern this story: “I don’t know where you were raised, but I lived with rats. I used to kill rats. We had a .22 rifle and we would lay in the kitchen and shoot them on the floor. One thing my grandmother taught me was that if you got a rat trapped, you’ve got to give his ass a way out, because he will fight you if he has to. “If you don’t give us a way out, a chance for a compromise, you’re going to get a fight.”

The NBA is so RIGGED and FIXED it's disgusting!!! And dont bet the NBA! Anyone with a brain knew LeBald was gonna "win" a title with Cleveland. You knew it was going to happen. Anyway, the year the Warriors went 73-9 any human with common sense knew they weren't going to win that ring. How is a 73-9 team only a -130 favorite to win the championship?! Common sense would tell you the Warriors would at least be -500 to win it all . But the killer was during the Warriors 73-9 season playoff run, the sports books was sending me emails and TEXT MESSAGES telling me the Warriors are still at basically even money to win it all. Trying to entice me to bet the Warriors. I was in a sportsbook talking to a random and he was telling me the same shit. He was getting emails and texts messages trying to get him to bet the Warriors . The Warriors were NEVER going to win that shit in 2016. How in the hell were the Warriors -130 to win it all after all that money coming in on them throughout their record breaking season?! Furthermore, Google the odds of the 72-10 Bulls to win the title that year, then Google the odds of the 73-9 Warriors to win the title. HUGE difference!

The only problem with Sheed and this dude he is with is that they have zero real evidence to back up any of his feelings towards the refs. The idea that Stern would do interviews and put the teams out there that he wanted to win is just lame. Besides the Tim Donaghy scandal or nobody that can give first hand testimony that they knew which teams were given special treatment. There is plenty of money out there for someone that blows the lid off this type of story yet its a story that still hasnt been written. Im not saying that certain things dontbenefit certain teams and certain players but to believe there is some kind of cheating or rigging going on nobody has ever come forward.. With the type of money that can be made by the person that is in the know why hasnt it happened yet. People inform for a lot less so why not get a huge bag? Sheed is no dummy but he has been crying on the court since high school. Until there are actual facts Sheed sometimes can come off like a crybaby and i say that even though i am a big supporter of his. It just seems like he tends to always come off like a complaining ex player that likes to blame the refs for him being a very good but not great player.

I always liked Sheed more than that krakhead Garnett or peedo Mailman. I liked him especially on the Blazers with Bonzi, Damon, D. Davis, Steve Smith, etc. I loved that team, it was a bunch of rugged, skilled, no bs, tough dudes. REFS NEED TO BE KICKED OFF THEIR PEDISTOOL, its getting ridiculous. The recent Raptors vs Lakers game was living proof

Tim is approaching this the complete wrong way. Comparing a sport with 17 games to a sport with 82 or 162 is foolish to begin with. Football is naturally a more contact driven sport. It is also the sport with the shortest season. NFL fans will tell you: it is no more quality on the field or reffing wise than the NBA. It just isn’t. The advantage is the exclusivity of there only being 17 games to watch. The NBA and, moreso, the MLB suffer from the lengths of their seasons which lessens the amount of meaningful games. THAT is the main issue. The watered down part of the NBA isn’t the “lack of enforcement of rules”. It’s the number of teams and the number of games. Adding teams waters down the league, shrinks the talent pool for each team and adds more meaningless games to the schedule. Unfortunately, fans lose out because the revenue is telling the NBA to ADD teams. The NBA would be a far better product with 60 regular season games,20 teams and a closer look at the ref handbook. It will never happen. They rig the games anyway 🤷🏾‍♂️

As a season ticket holder and thinking about renewing for next season, the refs are ruining the game. I have witnessed refs kill a game. To fix the problem, hold the refs accountible and fine them for horrible calls, make the 2 minute report public, and have the refs answer questions from the media afyer the games.

As someone who enjoys all sports - the NBA has the worst refs and it’s not close. NHL refs are good - the most accurate and they get the least emotional with players. NFL refs don’t get bad with players but the NFL is so cheap they have part time refs with other jobs - so they are bad at times. NBA has the worst of both problems - refs that are truly awful at their jobs and they are the MOST PETTY with players. NO ONE buys a ticket or tubes in to see refs. The refs did their best job when no one talks about them. When they aren’t a factor. The NBA is driving away fans as fast as they can and it’s not politics - they use that to ignore the real issues. LeBron and KD took competition out of the NBA. No one wants to see no defense and guys just jack 3s non stop. 3s are good but not when it’s just taking turns firing them up and every game is the same way.

Pippen had a way more rounded team in Portland than in Chicago and didn't win anything. And folks say Jordan never won without Scottie. Jordan never had a good team before or after Scottie. Shiiiit if Jordan would of joined KG in Minnesota instead of the Wizards they would of been playing for a title at least 1 of those seasons. KG needed a scorer who can take over a game. KG was an all around player but he never really took over a game scoring wise. Pippen failed in Houston and in Portland with good teams.
