Best drivable speed is 60 for longevity of its engine.

With that 60 speed we can do long distance also with decent mileage and avoid over heating of engine. Once a while can do 90kph

Sadly 3 stroke is not possible. Engine Cycle doesn't complete. At 3rd stroke piston will stay at bottom position.

Try to clean carb tune carb Make sure there is sufficiently pressure in tyres Check throttle cable Check on/off/res knob if its rusty replce it , Check reed valves Keep eyes of 2t oil tank There is sufficient oil inside tank !? First cross check this basic things

Cruiser Sp both bikes are good but it’s depend on personal preference I like rx100 the most it sound better then rx135 and it’s powerband is better then 135 also rx100 engine is high compression

because cluck plates are not properly in friction. while shifting gears we can feel.

This speedo meter looks to be having error. Running speed is slower than what is shown on meter. Just an observation. Rx100 does better than this.
