I wouldn't consider it a full-retirement man. Tons of rappers have done this. Jay-Z said "The Black Album" was his last project at age 33, he has since released a bunch of albums. Logic is just focusing on his new-born child, he wants to focus on being a dad but give him a couple years and he'll be back to dropping albums. If I remember correctly he done this at some point in his career, it's just an old marketing stunt. He'll return whether it's through unreleased albums or new material.

Man Dizzy Wright deserves the big lights like Logic has had in his career. His energy is so genuine and kind and authentic. But maybe it's good he's stayed independent. Been able to retain his energy and not change by the fame and shit. Have all these HollyWeirdos tryna change my guy up and shit
