Met Eminem in Windsor Ontario Canada (across from Detroit) in the back parking lot of an alternative radio station, 89X. At the time, he’s a one hit wonder with ‘My Name is’ Got an autograph on a napkin, he actually wrote -Thanks for the support asshole! Offered to blaze one with him, he wanted to, but his handlers wouldn’t let him. Looking back on it, he was with 3 other members of D12, proof & bazaar for sure. I thought they were bodyguards. I thought it was funny he needed ‘bodyguards’ as there was no one waiting to meet him, just me and a buddy. We were 17 at the time, nothing to do, driving around and decided to go see this Eminem guy after a radio interview. Crazy to have met the best to ever do it, but at the time, he was just one of us.

I don't know which is more humble and genuine. The artist or the people commenting on here. Hip-hop isn't a violent thing how some may see it as such but it can be story telling, serious, fun, comedic, collaborative, etc like any other genre.
Dr Dre n Em are living legends
Whether anyone likes it or not, Dr. Dre changed the Rap-World when he discovered Eminem. Dre is single-handedly the reason that Rap and Hip-Hop have now become an integral part of Main-Stream "Pop-Culture." You can hardly find a song on any popular Radio-Station that doesn't feature a Rapper in it, these days. Whether it's Nelly rapping with Country Singers, or Eminem Rapping with Skylar Grey, or Nicki Minaj rapping on an Ariana Grande track. All of it is because Dr. Dre knew, "If I throw this white dude into the spot-light and he blows up, it's going to pull the majority of the American population's attention onto Rap, for better or worse." And I'm not knocking down Biggie or Pac or Run DMC, or any of the greats who came before Eminem and Dre. Dre just had the ability to understand that they were stuck behind a glass ceiling, and they needed a way to break that. Dre knew it would break down the Racial-Barrier that kept Rappers in the closet and made the majority of America in the 80s and 90s look at Rap as "Filth" and "Taboo," and look at Rappers as just "Black Thugs." And dude was 100% right. Dr. Dre is a fucking genius in the Rap Industry, and nobody is gonna convince me otherwise.

She's an artist alright a heartbreaker
.... speechless
Eminem is the 🐐.
Shady is a fucking G.O.A.T
The Badazzzt
Pop the Trunk was the hit that got me on Yella. I guess Marshall and I know good music lol
I like compilation videos but the thing that annoys me is when you take 2 or 3 interviews and mix them up, just play the full interviews in an order. Mixing up different parts of the same 3 interviews just runs the actual story lines people give in the interview.

Should have just named the video h3 podcast w/ Logic highlights 🤣
I wish I could just meet him I'm gone keep rapping until I shake his 👋 💯
The first time that I met Marshall was when I taught him how to rap freestyle. I then told him that if he wants to make big, that he would need to change his name. He thanked me and before I left, I gave him a bag of M&Ms and said, See ya Slim.

🙏🏻🔥
Maaan that comb holding on for dear life on bizarre lmao
The only other rapper who i think can compete with Em is Royce da 5'9 in terms of sheer flow, wordplay, and speed. I feel like Royce and Em are the Yin and Yang of Hip-Hop. Bad Meets Evil is a dope ass album.

Minus Budden, the Slaughterhouse gang all some ridiculous emcees. But I agree with you. Royce is soo nice and his delivery is on point. The way they both ride the rhythm.
