Suggesting to check out other worlds openings , but peak is 2019 where they used real holograms with holonets and shortrange projectors. React to 2019 worlds opening (True Damage - Giants , Phoenix and Awaken . Then check out ``10 months in 10 minutes`` where they show how they managed to do it, and how everything can go wrong even if it is 24hours before the main show. Also keep up LoL reactions and much love!

React to all of the opening ceremonies between 2014 and 2019. But specifically 2019 is peak live performance industry nonspecific. In 2019 the crowd could see the animated visuals. In the others, including 2023, the crowd can only see it on screens.

Not true. Don't know about this year, but 2022 the animation was projected on glass surrounding the stage so everyone could see it.

2019 and 2022 there were sheer screens all around the stage and the holograms were projected on them, it wasn't augmented reality like this year and prior years. @@user-jp7tb7qs7i

2019 had a mesh screen that lets the crowd see the animations alongside the performers and was a light show technique

@@user-jp7tb7qs7i If you can't distinguish between a 'screen' that is surrounding the stage infront of the performers and a 'screen' that is above the stage functioning as a glorified television then idk how to help you.

This year was so hyped it was hosted in Seoul which is like where esports is the biggest. T1 are literally koreas favorite specifically faker which has won 4 times now. T1 is a legend fr the game is all about team work and communication, strategy from start to finish and T1 were in their lowest this tournament loosing to a lot of games however they were not playing and won 3-0.

Omg I suggest you really watch worlds opening ceremony from 2017 and 2019, these are my favorites, 2017 hits different because it was the first time they surprised us with wild animations that looked so real. A bit of a spoiler if you didn't find out, in real you can't see those "holograms" you only saw it on stream + on screens that people could see there at the ceremony But if you are already interested in worlds you should watch all from 2017 to 2023, they are all bangers, riot just never disappoints

I love their cinematics. There is a official playlists with like most of the important ones in it. Maybe there is someone in the comm who has a better playlist collected.. They arent as musical but therefore very entertaining

fun fact: the first worlds song is called warriors and the original version is an imagine dragons song, soo for arcane (the series) riot invied them as a respect gesture for everything they did for them. also: "pick up your weapond and face it" is from the worlds song Rize

the ppl there live dont see the effects, it calls 8D and u only can see it on screen. But there are way more veiwers on watchting on screen then live so its stil epic.

I was also flabbergasted because of the transition and confused when the guy entered the stage. Also what you are seeing are all CGIs you can only see those from the screen not live on stage

They "PAYING" for the death of a rockstar...but legend never dies , Baekhyun, knows how to sing with every note with flair

What are you smoking? This year was terrible and Im sad for everyone who paid money to be there. Nothing you can see on screen was in the stadium, its just stupid pc render for twitch viewers in low quality. Few years back they could use literal holograms in the stadium with complex choreography and 50+ dancers. Now they can afford like 5 and HS characters just jumping on stage. They performers did good tho, thats just on riots part. And the games were literally terible. The brackets just happened to put all the weaker teams in one branch and the strong one in the other. Semi, quarter finels, even games before were more entertaining, interesting and full of tension. This 3 games were just T1 having their warm up and accidentally winning worlds. This years finals were just sad from start to finish. If you compare it to f/e Valorant champions this year. It was way smaller and somehow the ceremony was so much more planned and playfull. And finals were actually finals with 2 best team settling who is num 1.

Check out Rise next for sure. Considered by many to be the best Worlds song.

I know that you're just now starting to get into the LoL stuff but I would also highly recommend tossing a look over at the music for one of their other games Valorant. The three that I would recommend the most are RENEGADE by 99 God and C103, >one (greater than one) by ericdoa, and Cant Slow me down by MIRANI, lIlBOI, and GroovyRoom. the first is a Rap/HipHop song, the second is Pop with some Hyperpop elements, and the third is a Korean Hiphop song. All of them are certified bangers.

@@DoctorNerf 2021 was good, but it was more of an Arcane promo instead of an actual opening ceremony. And 2022 wasn't really that bad, I personally think 2022 was better than this year. But 2019 is simply peak.

NEW JEANS ATE!!!!!

Imho the rappers for 2023 were mid AF. But I guess they wanted a mainstream watered down performance to appeal to the masses. New Jeans were amazing though. Although their choreo was so simple. They are capable of so much more.

This year opening ceremony was so bad. Songs sucked, 3D effects from the PS1 era, audio/video desync etc. etc.
