Just the title of this album has so much meaning. A Kamikaze is a term from ww2, where pilots would intentionally crash planes into warships. The planes were strapped with enough bombs to hopefully destroy the ship, but of course the pilot would die too. It's a trade of one life for many, many more enemy lives. So essentially Em is saying that yeah, he intends to take everybody out with this album - all the mumble rappers, the press, the media, his fake fans and haters - but he knows that to do that he also destroys himself in a way, because he'll be called petty & out of touch & whatever else. The Ringer as an opening song really sets up this concept.

I’ve listened to this song THOUSANDS of times. Came out right after a break up, and then I drove truck for a year and it was played multiple times a day. I thought I knew almost every reference but you blew my mind! I can’t believe there’s even more. His music will always be under appreciated because he’s just so much smarter than us

As an aspiring writer/lyricist, these videos are incredibly inspirational. I think demonstrating that Em is one of the most intelligent and conscientious MCs, but he is human and this stuff is possible, is such a wonderful service for people who want to emulate.

This was the first time I caught the "invite em in like a one a day" line, and then you caught it. Keep it fire, Knox.

bro your analysis of every song is so spot on and on point. Much more than most analysis videos. Whenever i watch a reaction vid and bars are just flying over peoples heads or if they misinterpret a bar i always comment and point them to your vids bcz you go in depth. love it.

One line that I love in this song that no one seems to catch is “look, there’s an apple. No it’s not, it’s a peach!” It works on the ‘colorblind’ level because they’re both small, hand-held fruits with similar colors. But it also works to kind of mark how times change. Back in the early-mid 2000’s apple could refer to a nice ass (think Apple bottom jeans), but in recent years, partly thanks to the iPhone’s emoji library, a nice ass is more readily associated with a peach

I really gotta thank you for your breakdowns. You are catching things that I was oblivious to, even after seeing other reaction videos to these tracks. Some videos will tell you they caught a triple, but, not f'n explain it. Rap is not my main music scene, so, I'm not up on all the lingo, or all the popular rappers at any time. I just came up in the early days of rap, and, I have artists that I've followed their whole careers, like Em, Dre, Snoop, NWA, Too Short, Tupac.

“Fire engine green, Aquamarine” I mean come on, “Aqua” is water. Aquamarine is a bluish-green color. Fire engines has water in it. bruh, just love this song even though it’s been a while since he released it.

Honestly, in Bad meets Evil, Em raps a lot like old shady like hes trapped in hell.

Youre a badass man, I love how use your knowledge to breakdown badass songs and help me to realize lines that I miss when I listen to it the first time. I started listening to you music too man and props youre sick with it. i like what you do its unique and i love how you explain why you have the opinions you do. Nailed it! Perfect!

This shit is impressive as hell. And by that I mean both Eminem's skills and your ability to catch the intricate details in these songs. Well done, pal 👏

A lot of people have criticized Eminem about reading the dictionary, but him getting picked on as a kid and wanted to be a rapper with all his heart and soul ,drove him to read that dictionary and In doing so, he figured out how to bend words and make certain words rhyme that actually shouldn't/He's a rapping genius!

“RAISE some brOWS” I didn’t catch that until you pointed out how he raises on the a’s and lowers on the ow’s.....yes a master deliver.

Em is so under-rated and misunderstood in so many ways because he is the prime example of someone who was beat up by a shitty life, backed into a corner and faced with the decision to be broken or cowboy up and fight back. He's super intelligent and is by nature a more quiet and reserved person so he spends a lot of time with just being in his own head and in his thoughts. Those traits mixed with the fire forged by refusing to be broken and a natural gift for rapping made Em what he is and that my friend is a LEGEND. Love him or hate you have to respect his talent.

I agree, but he ain't underrated, he literally is one of the best selling hip hop artists of all time, and was the top artist for the 2000s and 2010s, he had the world record for fastest rap. So em got what he deserves and earned.
