You talking about wishing this was going on now made me think. I was around 18 when these beefs were happening. It was the age of torrent diss tracks. They we weren't getting uploaded to KZread. It would get put on a torrent site and then the song and rumor of it would slowly spread at first and then just catch fire. It was such a fun time

You know em has no respect for you when he disses you with his singing voice and not his rap voice

"And if I get killed for this rap, I got a million in cash That says I will get you back in Hailie's name" always gives me chills back then and still does till this day. I was a sophomore/ Junior in high school at the start of the beef of Murder Inc, The Source, and Benzino.

I like this diss because it's more mature and he sounds done with all the shit, he also attacks Benzino and Ja psychologically in a very different and amazing way, the rhyme schemes are also fucking crazy

This is one of my favorites. The flow he keeps with the melody through the whole song is nice.

Em being real about rap beef and you not remembering is normal Crypt, honestly depends on when you heard it first and where your mind was at the time. Think it hits home more now because you're doing it and part of the culture. Wisdom comes with correction, learning from mistakes and being humble enough to have others who know teach you. Bugs was definitely a member of D12. He originally was meant to be a part of Devil's Night album but was tragically murdered before the album's release. There are early songs floating around the net of some of his work. He would have broken out if he was still alive. He is that good.

The inner rhymes in this are 🔥🔥 this and til I collapse are my fav songs that Em did with inner rhymes

Love how Em even matches rhythm sentence after sentence the emphasis on certain words to the rhythm that still rhymes too 🤯 Love this one!

YOOO I just commented suggesting a diss track from the Jokerr against Hopsin and Funk Volume and you definitely need to peep that BUT I just saw where you mentioned how disrespectful it is to get on a diss track and just start singing an incredibly catchy melody instead of just rapping. And if you like it in Bully then you absolutely HAVE TO go watch Sidekick by the Jokerr too. Another song from his long beef with Funk Volume but this song is aimed at SwizZz, Hopsins best friend and fellow members of FV (SwizZz, his brother Dame, and Hop started FV together originally.) Dude not only is it a fucking brutal diss track but the whole thing is done singing with one of the catchiest melodies ever and you're right, the combination of happy/funny/cheerful sounding melody and hardcore disses is such a potent and extremely disrespectful way to approach a song/subject like that. It's fucking awesome. Lol even if you don't do a whole video reacting to it I would still love it if you just watched that video and replied to this comment to tell me what you thought of the song. Suicide by twista against naughty by nature is a great underrated old school diss. He raps slow and goes off

Permenant Enemy by The Jokerr is one of my personal favorite diss tracks ever. He's going after Hopsin and also the rest of the Funk Volume crew as well. Jokerr and Hop were long time friends so the shit is super personal too. Shit goes hard AF. And if you enjoy that one, then follow it up with Dead Horse by Jokerr where he addresses the whole beef they had and him squashing it. Again, hella personal and lyrically just as great but from a totally different perspective. It's refreshing to see beef ended and a friendship rekindled. Good shit.
