Looked into this a long long time ago about 6-10 years ago… I ran air hoses around the garage when I was a kid and made 90s with quick attachments
But I will say this system isn’t expensive and it’s do it yourself, the new shop will definitely have rapid air
Should be 1-1/2 pipe and in a loop
Cheaper then that is pex , mines been up for 18 years . Compressor never runs unless your young air
Way Cool 😎😎
Sucks to bend. But I have it in my home garage and like it.
Like a small bend? If you have to bend it wouldn’t you use a 90 or T? Just asking since I run hard line.
Can’t do hard bends, gotta use 90 fittings
Heat it up with a pvc bender and then try it!
Plus metal pipes sweat
You can use pvc too. My dads shop had pvc pipe for his compressor for over 20 years
Seen lots of old pvc pipes turning into shrapnel when idiots tried to use them for air lines.
Works fine
@@OneTequilaTwoTequila3/4 pvc is rated for 400+ psi. That’s stuff is perfect for air lines. If it’ll hold water it’ll hold air
I wouldn’t have done quick connect works for home shops, osha would flag you at a commercial shop.
Not a commercial shop
I prefer outdoor pvc conduit. Cheap, good for 375psi, easy to work with and service parts and pieces are at every hardware store.
pvc is not for air pressure, definitely not 375psi
Well it definitely works either way@mtraven23
@@trevor7873 i take it you've never seen PVC blow up? It most certainly does not "work".
Been using it for 10 years and its still working so yes it does work@@mtraven23
Synflex air line..
PSI rating?
150
Pcv is 600
Oh yea ur gonna be thrilled with that plastic legris tee😂
Literally every shops air supply, ever…
Great observation
plenty of shops are done in hardline, not sure wtf you're talking about.
@@mtraven23 dood was in a shop one time and is now like "everyone knows that already🤓"
