I think the reason they put both cleats facing the same way is so the latch isn't holding the weight of the boxes when the rolling box is tilted to drag

Excellent idea I use the same husky box. Wheels are the weak spot Milwaukee wheels work better with washers used as spacers. You could reinforce the lid on the husky on the bottom when bolting the Milwaukee plate on. You could possibly use Milwaukee wheels on that husky box?

I was hoping they keep stepping up the sizes and make a double sized, XL rolling box. I’d gladly pay $300 for that but knowing Milwaukee, it’ll be $400.

Yes I think they’re overpriced but I still buy them And as long as we keep buying them they’ll keep the price high

I wish there was a product with the Milwaukee plate cleats facing in the opposite direction. I have a few Milwaukee's and plan to purchase them in the future, but the Husky's also seem to have some good points. This video was personally very helpful. The dewalt large box is twice as tough as the husky box.

obviously Milwaukee is built better. you will have to suggest to Milwaukee to make it the way you want. (me personally I'm not paying $400. for a plastic rolling tool box) OR you can engineer and modify your gear and make what you want? bolt plywood to the top of the husky, add your packout plates and call it a day. the plywood will help the rigidity of the husky top. blessings!

I believe $400 too high for plastic rolling box But I just filled up my pick up truck and it was $130 I guess everything’s getting expensive
