Thanks for the concern 🙏 Those with ill intent who come to our log yard do not know what they are getting themselves into. We have people here who will not hesitate to inflict pain upon anyone who does not have our best intentions in mind.

The vast majority of your viewers not only respect your family, but I'm quite sure want the best for you all. It's too bad that there are a few freaks out there that ruin things for the rest of society. Your family is an inspiration. As a man that grew up in the country in Southwestern Oregon {Timber country} I really appreciate the Boss Man's respect for the forest and timber lands. It's also great to see a family work hard and honest together. Stay safe and good luck to Lumbercapitallogyard.

I have utmost respect for you and your family and what you do. Any sick loser who would approach any of you with anything more than buying what you sell deserves a special place in hell. Of course I don’t know any of you other than from your KZread videos but I feel like we as a community owe you our loyalty and our respect. I hope this whole thing goes away and never surfaces again. I’m far away and in a whole other country but you all feel like neighbours to me.

It is sad that these kind of people try to hurt hard working people. I watch Lumber Capital occasionally. They seem like a hard working family. I know of another channel whose daughter started, about cutting firewood. She was 13-14 and quit the channel because of disgusting comments. This was a fine young woman that was traumatized by bad people. It is a shame. Thank you for this rant. It is needed and useful.

Yeah the comment section in lumber capital login is a bunch of middle-aged dudes old enough to be these girls grandfathers making some pretty inappropriate comments about them. The internet has provided people with a platform to be able to be absolute morons and creeps with no accountability.

Anytime a person puts something out there on the internet, they are at risk for unwanted attention, stalkers or other nefarious people. Laura of Laura Farms has also had at least one incident of someone showing up at her farm uninvited. I surmised that the "Boss" and mom probably had a conversation with the girls about any "what if" situations and how to respond.

@@Otherrandomguy42 I'm assuming you have watched the channel more than a few times. Only a fool would try to assault a woman who knows how to dance and handle a blade. It's clear both Emerald and Jade dance, and have their favorite knife on their person at all times... If I were a betting man, I'd wager the fool would be down a few pints, quickly... Based on Emerald's video about family history, the ladies are not teenagers, they are close to my daughters' early 30s.

Security like pewpews ?? Because I mean they may be physically fit they may have a dog but if somebody comes there with really bad intentions there's nothing those girls or the dog can do, some big dude can soon take out that dog and then wrestle them into a truck. I mean it's downright pathetic that they can't even just work in comfortable clothing without being sexually objectified in the comments section of their own videos, that they make as a way to showcase their business and products not themselves.

I have shared those concerns a little for more than one channel here. However, even though those channels don't talk about 'security' a few have given clear indications that they have 'defenses' prepared and some even wear their defenses openly, like Emerald's knife, etc. While that can get the point across, I hope that there are deeper, hidden, defenses present to provide that needed security. Good on 'ya for even mentioning this subject. I'm 76 and likely older than anyone I watch, have raised a good family, and I am not happy with the current state of affairs.

Thank you for your comments. LC girls should be aware of what creeps may be attracted to them. One solution for LC is to provide an additional person in the videos. especially a male to be present at all times in the yard. A fence separating the working area from the sales yard may inhibit personal contact.

I have followed Lumber Capitol Log Yard for more than a year. My grandparents owned a sawmill in Arkansas when I was a kid. I worked there some with my cousins when I visited in the summertime when I was 12 and 13 years old. My parents owned a lumber yard and built homes during the 1950s and 60s. Sawdust runs in my veins. I purposely don't read the comments on their channel because I know they would cause concern like you are expressing. Social media is a fact of modern life that brings out the best and worst in society. My bet is that their family is as proficient in self-defense and the use of firearms as they are in the logging and sawmill business.

I even scrutinize my video during editing for identifying information in the background and then blur it out. The struggle is real. It's a sad world we live in I mean the girls clearly stated when they started the KZread channel that the reason behind it was to showcase their products with the idea of using it to promote marketing of their products but they can't even do that because it's such a sick world we live in. I mean it's not hard to find out who they are or where they're at for anybody who finds the channel and wants to know whether or not they're in close proximity to support their business which was the intent of channel. Too many in sells sitting around the can't get women in their lives in the comments section that says some pretty perverse things about them it's had me concerned for a while. Definitely agree with what you say. We love watching LCLY and have learned a lot, but I have had concerns from the beginning. The young ladies are attractive and built beautifully but definitely dress for the views. if they were chubby, pimply young men there would be no channel. I'm sure it gets hot working outside, but I can't imagine that what these lovely ladies wear to work is standard for working in a sawdust filled, potentially hazardous environment. And while the girls think doing the jazzy dances are fun interludes, it could be misconstrued. (And I am a retired dance teacher.) I've seen the creepy comments on their channel. Granted, they look great, but hey continue to dress as skimpy as possible.

It is a sad commentary on our society that great families like those at Lumber Capital Log Yard, have to worry about safety and for that matter, the rest of us. I have some acreage that I am converting from a pine plantation to a farm, I am by myself a lot and I carry everywhere I go. But with the advent of media, which expands their market and revenue, is a price. The problem will continue and even escalate until there are consequences for criminals one way or the other if you know what I mean. Btw, I hope the boss pays those ladies handsomely.

LCLY had a new video of a drone they had bought and now it has been taken down. I'm glad they understand the need for safety for the young ones. Would be interesting to know how much they make off their social media efforts. My guess is it's easily in the six figures. For a small business that's a good second source of income and can be the difference between showing a nice profit and going out of business. For that reason I'm sure they don't want to take it down. They should be careful as there are a lot of crazies out there.

If they don't have a part 107 license, flying it either for the business or for the channel, assuming it's monetized, will get them into trouble with the FAA. Sad, but it seems the FAA has nothing better to do but look at KZread for Part 107 violations. Also, they were flying it above people and vehicles. That's a no-no. I think there were several comments about this on that video. Not worth an engagement with the FAA.

That channel is mostly an eye candy channel. HOWEVER, most of the eye candy channels on YT (and there are literally thousands of them, as everyone knows) don't reveal their exact locations, and aren't located OUT IN THE OPEN on a busy road. THAT is a recipe for disaster. I - as well as others - expressed my concerns about this YEARS ago in the comments section of their channel. I too, suggested that they trade those sheathed knives for SIDEARMS. The two of them in addition go off on occasional firewood hauls several miles away. Not good! Psycho calls up, says "I need a load of firewood." (Warned them about that one, as well.) Guess they haven't read about the dangers of doing that sort of thing when conducting a Craigslist sale. What is unique about their situation? Well, duh, how often do you find an ongoing sawmill operation being run by two very young and very good-looking females, who are BROADCASTING themselves to thousands of (mostly) men? It was just a matter of time before this caught up with them.

However, it certainly adds to the popularity of their channel.

Wow and then you wonder why feminists hate men. Seriously they're not there in any way sexually objectifying themselves if they were they'd be on only fans like many of their peers are. They seriously talked about this in the beginning they created the channel as a way to help promote their business and market their products. They're not there in any way sexualizing themselves like say outdoors with the Morgans when every thumbnail was a clip of his wife's ass and yoga pants now something came on to her they kind of asked for it not that it should still happen. But they can't say that they didn't sexualize the woman in the thumbnails and on the videos. I've never yet seen a lcly thumbnail or any specific part of a video where they purposely put in sexualized shots of themselves I would say they added footage to make sure they eliminate as much of it as possible cuz they're getting to be too many creepy old men in their comments. I think Jade is literally 17 years old and there's man old enough to be her grandfather making lust-filled comments on their Channel that's a problem.

Wow, I watched his entire video and never once got the impression he was blaming those ladies for what happened. I'm not sure what you're getting that from to be honest. If anything, he clearly emphasized how it is largely their father's responsibility to protect them from situations like this. And that seems perfectly logical to me, since presumably it was at least partially his decision to have the girls take center stage on the channel. This whole situation is sadly similar to what the family behind the popular firearm channel Demolition Ranch has had to deal with over the past couple years. They ended up having to stop having his wife and kids appear at all in their videos. His wife was running an apparel company featuring her own designs of clothing that they would promote on the channel and eventually the harassment and stalking against her got so bad she had no choice but to give up her dream business altogether just so the sick creeps couldn't use that as an avenue to get to her. And her husband is a firearms youtuber! One of the largest ones too! The man's experience and skills with a gun are second to none. And yet the family constantly has to deal with crazies who for a whole assortment of insane reasons think its a good idea to climb over their fence, walk up this long remote driveway in the country, and knock on their door. If anything, we have an epidemic of untreated mental illness in America, and honestly, I don't know who's to blame, and i don't know where we would even begin to go about fixing it. But it keeps getting worse, and is now threatening to erode the core parts of society. Our systems of law and order weren't designed for this much chaos, none of our nation's infrastructure was, neither were our hospitals or our schools, and the same goes for pretty much all of the things we've long taken for granted as Americans. I think it is about time the USA stops sticking our nose in the rest of the world's affairs and instead focuses on cleaning up messes we have been ignoring for too long right here in our own back yards, and we better do it before it is too late! Sorry for ranting...
