It's a problem with most of the princesses, a lot of them don't have official ages but if you look them up the first result will likely be a random number made up by some random site. Snow White has it the worst cause if you look up her princes age it'll say "30", when it's very clear in the movie that boys design isn't a 30 year old man. The closes source to an official age for either of them is in early concepts where Snow is "14" and the prince is "18" (still a bit creepy) but there's no way of knowing if they used those early concepts in the final movie. I'm convinced the only reason people say they are "14 and 30" is because that was the ages of the voice actors, and Snows just happened to line up with the age in the early concept.

This one with the Kratts is so uncomfortable because they are actual people who are grown men in real life and the amount of children who have had crushes on their cartoons. Meanwhile I was an older child when Zooboomafoo or whatever that other awful show was called with the lemur puppet and they were grown back then. I think they’re in their 50’s in real life but I’m too lazy to google it and I’m not a fan so I don’t really care.

I feel like not seeing the Ice Age movies did a disservice to Diego. For instance the girl tiger that apparently showed that he doesn’t respect women has a lot more context. First of all she and her pirate crew tried to kill them a few minutes ago and he still saved her life. Also when the pirates first attacked, his first words to her were “I don’t fight girls” and she attacked him anyway. Then when he saved her and offered for her to join them, she insulted him. It was then that he called her Kitty (which makes sense because she’s a cat). What I’m saying is every action is warranted. Also if you look at the earlier Ice Age movies you can see how he shifted from a bad guy to someone who considers the main characters his family and would die for them. Diego is actually incredibly complex and in no way disrespects women.

I have to defend Diego here, as someone who's seen all the ice age movies. In the first one he's kind of a villain that gets a redemption arc, and after that he's just kind of a Han Solo character. The reason he was fighting with the girl tiger was because she had just kidnapped him and his friends and threatened to kill them, and they escaped. She happened to be in the water and the Mammoth took pity and saved her life. Between the two of them, she's the mean one and he even tries talking to her afterwards. Although he does say "i don't fight girls" at one point in the movie, which was kind of a dick thing to say. Thankfully, the girl tiger snapped back with "i can see why" after she kicked his butt.

Hi! In Tangled the Series, in 1 of the episodes it was revealed that Eugene/Flynn Rider was around his early 20s (some online sources say 21-24 years old) during the events of Tangled the Movie. So this would mean that Rapunzel and Eugene have much smaller Age Gap. It was confirmed in Cassandra's Revenge that Eugene turned 26, which is a year older than he thought he was! So when he met Rapunzel three-ish years prior, he thought he was 22/21, since he didn't know his actual birthday

I never understood people's attraction to MegaMind, but I definitely know it's there because I used to work in an adult toy shop and people would print out hentai and stick it to the walls in the bathroom as a joke for employees and someone literally print it out megamind getting his salad tossed by the reporter voice by Tina Fey and I've never been able to unsee it in my life. I got you! So sabertooth tigers died out for three big reasons. One is they were made for extremely cold weather and their food was also made for extremely cold weather so when temperatures started to rise they started dying off too because it was getting literal too hot for them and also for their food. The third reason is humans. They were dying off and we were killing them off for safety and also for tools we made from their bones and teeth. So long story short they got fucked three ways from Sunday.

You’re so Brave™ (and correct) for your Frozen 2 hot take. I enjoyed the movie, cos I’m like a baby with those stimulation videos -I just like pretty animation and catchy songs- but the more you think about the plot it’s like wow, they really did just shit on everything the first movie established *edit* : I suggest anyone interested should watch the frozen 2 “making of” documentary like I just did…you get to see a lot of what the artists had to go through to push out the movie in time and it’s honestly kinda horrifying.

Eugene/Flynn was 26 at the end of the TV series, which takes place over a few years and then retcons his secret backstory where he was unknowingly a year older than he thought he was (cause the orphan thing) he was 21 in the movie. the age gap is 18 to 21, only three years.

The fact that Martin Kratt from Wild Kratts and Robin from Teen Titans were my childhood crushes 💀

My daughter watches the Wild Kratz and sometimes I can get her to watch Zaboombafoo 😂 I laugh because they are literally as old as her grandpa but in the cartoon they are taking themselves back in time to their youths 😅 My thing was Trunks from DBZ as a kid. I definitely remember someone from the film's crew saying he was 26, but never looked into it enough to know if they meant "Oh we just meant to give him the vibe of a 26-year-old so more of our audience can find him cute, but he's not actually 26." or if they meant "Oh yeah, he's actually 26 but we didn't say it out loud in the movie because we don't want to admit it officially." so I just wanted to assume the vibe idea for my sanity haha. In the Tangled series, they do officially state in season 3, set two years after the movie, that Flynn was turning 26 while Rapunzel was 20, which was something he didn't actually know until right then because he had no records before as an orphan, and he said he thought he'd be turning 25 lmao it's a little messy.

Ice Age has, like, 5 or 6 movies. Movie one is the human baby and the group coming together. Movie two is meeting Ellie the female Mammoth and her opossum brothers, as well as the romance between Ellie and Manny the Mammoth. Movie three is the dinosaurs and Ellie giving birth to her daughter, Peaches. Movie four is the sailing one, where the female white Saber Tooth Tiger is introduced. Movie five is the fountain of youth and Sid the Sloth's love interest, who is a female sloth that has been living in the fountain for decades. So she looks young but is old.

This has got to be my favorite birthday gift today thus far, can't wait to see the unhinged content Edit: I was not disappointed, the unhinged energy was on point. Also, I was DEFINITELY one of those girlies who had a crush on Chris from the Wild Kratts as a kid, BUUUUT in an embarrassing twist, I did have a crush on Zach Varmitech as well. I resent that this is a part of my cartoon crush history, but by god did this show have a chokehold on 3rd-4th grade me.

Chris and Martin Kratt own my hearts beyond measure. I was obsessed with Zaboomafoo when I was young, and am currently obsessed with Wild Kratts and try to keep up on new episodes since they are all available on Prime. I’m personally more into Koki, tbh, but that’s also because I strongly associate the Kratt brothers with curiosity and adventure before anything else lol

oooh have you watched the netflix show carmen sandiego? each episode teaches you things about whatever city theyre doing their thievery in 💀 i think youd like it!
