Uncle Acid & The Deadbeats have released album called "Wasteland" ( 2018 )after Night Creeper. They also reissued their first album called Vol 1 ( 2017). Finally High On Fire gets some love! Cometh The Storm is my favorite metal album this year so far. Cheers from Finland!

I have everything by Uncle Acid; great band. They have a new album coming out in about a week or so. I preordered it from Amazon. I love High On Fire. New album is fantastic. I have a video where I rank all High On Fire, Sleep, and Matt Pike’s solo album. I’m fascinated by Finnish culture. A wonderful people and culture. Cheers!

Love that Saxon live album, so good sounding kind of wish it'd always been a double album but as it is it's short and sweet. Maiden were great up to Seventh Son, which is a pretty good run. Do some people really not like Lemmy's voice, seriously, without it it'd not be Motorhead he was Motorhead personified so it'd simply not be them otherwise. It's not like they were virtuous musicians anyway, maybe people would prefer some squealing granny-like voice or a growling thrash vocal but it'd be all wrong for the music. He's the ultimate hoarse rock'n'roll voice, just like say a Peter Criss or a Rod Stewart or a Bryan Adams (before the Mutt Lange shame) had those geniune rough pipes too. Lemmy would lose some of it later on but the classic '70s and '80s stuff is awesome primarily thanks to him. Does Bowie like metal...? 😼

Bowie is not a big fan of metal especially thrash and doom. However, he seems to like Miles Davis and Classical especially Bach, Mozart and Shostakovich.

I’m a huge Swans fan but after their first four albums or so they become more avant-garde and are labeled as a “no wave” band. So I didn’t include them here. Kyuss I think are metal but not all that heavy. They are labeled as Stoner Metal/Desert Rock.
