Pasha Parfum was the first fragrance I'd ever purchased, Declaration d'un soir is my latest purchase because it was on Macy's website randomly, and Pasha EDT is my signature. They're all incredible and I'm head over heels for this house. Thanks for the video, cheers.

I’ve owned Declaration D’Un Soir for a few years now. It was the first rose-dominant fragrance I found myself enjoying. I recently became interested in the OG (thanks to your videos, among a few others) and bought a sample. I LOVE the DNA. On paper I can smell the B.O. people talk about, but put it on skin and it becomes magical! And surprisingly, it’s one that has garnered compliments for me! I’ve heard great things about the Essence flanker as well, so I’ll pick up a sample of that eventually . But next I think I need to check out the parfum flankers for Declaration and Pasha! I’ve smelled several other Cartier fragrances in store, and I can definitely see why it’s one of your favorite houses. They follow their own path. Each fragrance has its own unique identity, and everything I’ve got my nose on smells of quality!

I really do wish Cartier fragrances were more available to test in my area, they sound extremely appealing to me. As a digression, wanted to mention Le Couvent perfumes, seem extremely under the radar, high quality, low price for niche, Jean Claude-Ellena steering the ship... Figured I might as well mention it here.

Finally got Cartier declaration EDT on skin today and man is it freaking amazing

Thank you for another great review. My favorite from Cartier is déclaration parfum, I love the original eau de toilette but the cumin notes are a little too strong for me. Pasha parfum is also a real banger.

Of the fragrances mentioned, I have Pasha Parfum, Declaration D'Un Soir, and Declaration Parfum. They are all incredible

Declaration EDT, a confirmed classic. I wore this and Lacoste Essential to death during my undergrad days😊.

Du on soir is my ALL TIME favorite fragrance….PERIOD….. like you a few years ago I grabbed 2 bottles soon as I heard of the discontinuation.

My top 3 are: 1: Pasha Noir Absolu (Weird but utterly beautiful and it's the reason I loved Cartier) 2: Declaration D'un Soir (Elegant and VERY nostalgic for some reason) 3: L'Envol EDP

I have Declaration d'un Soir and love it. I had a 30mL decant of Roadster and I loved it (and would love to get a full 100mL bottle). I've sampled Pasha Parfum and liked it ok, but I really want to try Pasha EDT and Declaration EDT. Oh, I also sampled Declaration Eseence and thought it smelled like oregano on pizza. Lastly, I tried Declaration Haute Fraicheur and liked it pretty decent. What a great house

Declaration EDT is one of my favorites, so nice to see it on top of the list! Still looking to get in to the Pasha line. What are your thoughts on the 80's "powerhouse" fragrances like YSL Kouros?

I was disappointed with Pasha Noire Absolu, but perhaps i didnt give it an honest wearing before selling. I couldn't think of a situation where I would wear it though

Since nobody asked, I’d say that you don’t have to be overly apologetic about those initial disclaimers. 0:29 (you said you’re not gonna do it and did it anyways). I miss the times when you didn’t have to almost paint a picture of the prerogative of common sense to assert politeness. Nonetheless, Great stuff as always, keep it up!

My personal opinion on Cartier Fragrances : Weirdly some Cartier Fragrances are too classy for me.(Only for special occasions) 😅 Huge fan of Cartier ( They are synonym with sophistication and creativity , even the flankers I don't love like the new Declaration Haute fraicheur are really creative) but I dont use them often because for me personally they are fragrances for formal occasions that I can't use often. For me only real versatile fragrances from the brand are L'Envol EDP + EDT and Pasha Edition Noir 2013 For example when I first smelled Cartier Declaration (I had the same experience with Terre d'Hermès EDT) i was saying to myself the same thing " Man you need to own a castle or wear a suit everyday to wear this fragrance!". I know that Declaration and Terre d'Hermès are considered as very versatile scents but I personally don't use them that way. Personally I would say that my favorite flanker from the Declaration line is ... Bleu Noir EDP by Narciso Rodriguez it is truly the modern take on a bitter orange / woody🍊🪵 fragrance for everyday and casual situations. Btw Justin it would be a nice video idea to create your TOP 10 list of modern fragrances that you consider as worthy successors of classic fragrances. Like " My 10 Modern Successors to Iconic Scents" For example : - Like Bleu Noir EDP (2018) with Cartier Declaration (1998) - Tom Ford Beau de jour (2020)with Davidoff Zino (1986) - Penhalighons Sartorial (2010) that I consider a modern take on the classic Brut from Fabergé.(1964)
